These books are really fun and interactive for me as a mother and my kids. The moon we and read the moon. We enjoyed this story and it reminded us a little bit about the cat and the hat with its style of writing. This was a particularly favourite of my sons. He said he'd like more books like this.

The cover is cute, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the content. There are 27 stories and I didn't care for many of them, especially Vincent the Angry Boy. Some had some life lessons like Only With Ketchup. But for the most part, I found the stories dark and not very light or happy which bedtime stories should be.

Perhaps it's just the "old school" in me, because I expected stories along the lines of Mother Goose, Dr. Seuss, and Aesop's Fables. And Bedtime Stories For Kids, just fell very short of my expectations. One star -- I didn't like it.

I received a digital copy of the book from BooksGoSocial throught NetGalley. The review herein is completely my own and contains my honest thoughts and opinions.

I love the idea of having 27 unique bedtime stories all in one book. Some of the stories were cute but they all felt a little too long to me.

My kids loved this one! I meant to read them a story each night but they begged for more! The stories are silly and quick!
