Mystery and intrigue...love and marriage...affairs...children...family...murder...these themes run throughout this novel by a gifted and talented author. From the beginning, the book caught my interest...I wanted to see what would happen next. Was she guilty? Was he? Who did it? Who conspired? Who was innocent? Would she get out of prison? Would she get to know her daughter again? Questions that are readily answered as this is a quick read. I look forward to read other books by this talented author. Curl up under a warm blanket with a steaming cup of coffee...enjoy this book...despite the red herrings, the ending is almost a foregone conclusion...
