Quirky little romance with some force proximity at a cabin in the woods. Summer is snowed in with the perfect partners to explore her somnophilia kink. Good character development and fun plot about an outdoor adventuring business.

I liked the idea of this book but not what it turned out to be. The characters weren’t fully formed and I would love it if each chapter was longer so they could have more substance. I did finish it but I wouldn’t reread.

This is one of the best books I have read in a long while. All the fantasies that the main character has and how kinky they are making this a great read. This was a book I finished within a few hours. I want more. This read is a 5 out of 5 stars and will be recommended highly to all followers. This is an easy read but trigger warnings need to be read.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me an ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I really like the author’s writing style; it's flowed really easily and wasn’t written in a formal sense which I enjoyed. It was in a way that made you feel included in the book you’re reading and made the pages flow by quickly. I hope to read more by this author soon.

The plot of this book was very original and there were particular scenes which I didn’t expect coming. The setting was very nice and it's the type of book you’d want to read on a rainy day.

All the characters were very loveable, the main character made wise decisions and I did enjoy seeing this book from her perspective.

I overall did enjoy this book; I was expecting more erotic scenes since it was put under erotica but I didn’t actually mind the amount there was because they play very well into the plot line.

WOW! This book! I read it in one sitting- it was that good.
I loved Summer- her character, her personality, her list, her man. Everything fell into place beautifully.
I loved how the prologue and epilogue made a full circle and the epilogue was just so...it was the perfect ending for Summer.
I had an inkling early on that Troy and Emery weren't who they said they were (switched!). I figured this out when Emery gave Summer his pill bottle with the name scratched out. He didn't scratch it out to fool Troy, no, because his true name was there! I usually dislike when I can predict such plot twists early on, but I honestly didn't mind it in this because Summer didn't really care in the end.
I absolutely adored Emery. The book nerd! I loved his demeanor and his whole thing. He was sweet, and saving Summer from drowning in the lake?! Perfection.
Will definitely recommend to friends!

This book is a quick but really good read. I found myself unable to put the book down by chapter 3 and had to force myself to not pull in all nighter to finish it because I had work the next morning. It's toes the line of dark romance with some of the aspects but it definitely gives a warm up to it so if you find out it's not your thing and won't just get thrown into something that might possibly trigger you.
I like the writing style a lot and how immersive it felt without being drowned in excessive detail. Definitely recommend for a quick but great read.

I've recently discovered that survival romances, typically the ones that take place somewhere in the wild, are my favorite sub-genre of the romance genre. Hence, when I saw that SUMMER'S SLUMBER revolved around a snowy hike with bears, frozen lakes, and two men nice on the eyes and lovely on the heart, I knew I needed to read it. And I thoroughly enjoyed it. While the steamy elements were fun to read, I actually enjoyed the story and premise more. I also liked the references to Alice in Wonderland sprinkled throughout. Overall, if you're looking for something to give you a little time with yourself--both for your mind and...other places--SUMMER'S SLUMBER is for you!

This book was not my style. Someone will probably like it, but that someone is not me. I appreciate verbal consent in more intimate scenes, and this was sorely lacking that. For this reason, the whole book was tainted with an unpleasant vibe. I did not finish because of this. For people who enjoy more hardcore BDSM, maybe this is more suited for you all.

Such a good read from page one to the end! If you love some light bdsm scenes, heartfelt conversations, the thrill of an adventure out in the woods this will be a read that you’ll thoroughly enjoy!

Oh this was deliciously fun with plot and spice! Summer's made a list of kinks she'd like to explore and who else could help her but two men she's supposed to be showing around the mountain. So much fun, so much slow burn spice! Enjoyed this read!

Very interesting.

I learned about a new kink with this one that I am still very much on the fence about.

But this one is definitely a yum in the erotic category.

The premise of this book is interesting. I appreciated a character who is open minded and wants to explore her sexuality and kinks. And I loved the character, Emery. He seems like such a sweet cinnamon roll of a man with a dominating side. However, the writing was just okay for me. I found myself skipping through parts of the book. And the plot twist at the end seemed a bit unnecessary. Overall, 3/5 stars.

Stayed up till three on a work night to finish this. It's the perfect combination of imagination, humor, sexiness, and excellent writing. Though far from being perfect, Summer is extremely likeable even when her shenanigans get everyone into trouble. And her fantasy was definitely worth finishing the book for.

This book is definitely took me by surprise! I didn’t know I felt about it at first but the story is very good. If you’re into more adult taboo subject matter than this book is for you! Even though I wasn’t super into the kinks the book described, the story was well written and the characters and their development were well thought out. Anyone looking for a different adult/erotica novel, this one is for you!

Summer Fellers doesn't want to get into the new relationship, because she is on her journey into a world of taboo sexual exploration. Right now Summer's working as an assistant ski adventure guide in a small town in Colorado. Because of the snowstorm, she gets stuck in the cabin with a potential investor and his friend from London, Troy and Emery. Both men are attracted to her, so she's ready to cross her sleeping beauty kink from the list.

It was a short read, and I felt the atmosphere of winter, but, unfortunately, I didn't like the main character. Her entire personality is just being horny, and even if I read smut, I do that for the plot and lovable characters as well. Summer made it difficult for me to get through the book, but I would still recommend it to those people, who have the same kinks as Summer.

I actually liked this book because it had a female run outdoor company and was about females who are actually capable in the outdoors…. Although a few decisions were a bit circumspect.

The story was well crafted. At first I was unsure if it is another just smutty book, but the story actually kept me hooked.
It is a fast paced book.
At first I didn't like Summer's character that much but as I got into the story and got to see her character more deeply she started growing on me.
No need to say I LOVED Emery.

I really liked this book. I mean genuinely reallyyyy liked it. The erotica was hot, the writing was well done, it was funny, cute, and charming. The one thing I was super impressed by was the conversation around the Fetish. That fetish specifically is one that people have a hard time with, however the conversation about consent, the details of what she actually wanted to happen during, and the communication in general was so good. I’ll definitely read more from this author!
