This was such a fun devotional to read. I am a devoted dog Mom and this was right up my alley. The stories were great and uplifting.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The bible verses along with the dog stories are a great combination.

I am a huge dog lover and I love books that feature dogs. This sweet devotion book ties in our four legged friends with devotions that can show us how their antics can help us in our walk with God. Well done.

First of all I want to thank NetGalley for the ARC. This book is amazing, One of its kind for me.
A collection of animal life stories from families and staff from so many places. The doodling artwork is a beautiful touch. The Bible references at the end of the stories are what I look for in a devotional. Heartwarming connection.

This book is very much for those who are Christian. It has lovely anecdotes about dogs from dog owners recounting witty tales and memories from when they had their furry friend. At the end of each tale there is a passage relating to the bible and is very much there to uplift and link the lesson learned to the Bible. For those who are not religious, I would not say it is the most suitable as it has a link to religion at the end of each tale. The writing style is very easy to read, and the illustrations are very cute!

Devotions for Dog Lovers: Everyday Inspiration and Encouragement. Compiled by Barbour Staff is a very nice devotional surrounding dogs and life in general. The stories were written well and really showed how our dogs can impact our lives and provide us with lessons on how to live a full life, and each story is tied to Biblical teachings.

The book had cute graphics and a cute cover. A great book to either start your day or sit quietly at night with your furry friend and reflect.

A well-written and inspirational book. A 5 out of 5 stars.

This is a wonderful devotional for dog lovers. I love reading the stories of the lovable dogs and then reading how their adventures relate to Biblical persons and events. They make me laugh during my morning devotions and the relations to the Bible really make me think. Highly recommend.

Devotions for Dog Lovers which has been compiled by Barbour Staff aims to provide inspiration and encouragement. The language is simple, and the illustrations are cute (but repetitive). The format consists of a small story or anecdote about a dog, which I'm guessing is from real life, followed by a devotional passage which is religious in nature. It is sure to take the reader out of their own head and into a more inspired frame of mind. While this didn't work for me, especially since the dog stories seemed to end without any point or relief for the dog itself, I'm sure more religious readers would find it an engaging and useful read.

Just when you’ve thought you’ve seen every theme there is in devotionals…. Here’s one that I, at least, can get very on board with. This devotional is focused on the beautiful things and lessons we can learn from our canine companions, about life, love, devotion, and everything in between. This is one of those things I didn’t know I ever needed until I saw it.

I thought this book was so cute and adorable. This book would be good for any christian readers. The stories were very well written and relatable. I loved the illustrations throughout the book as well. It was a good read overall.

This has been such a blessing. As a dog mom of three very different dogs - I can appreciate this devotion. I loved the personal humor, stories and how it related to a Biblical teaching, I would recommend this book for any dog lover or owner. The devotions are quick, easy to read and were a great start to my morning.

This a book of devotions compiled of stories about dogs targeted to relate to your faith. It is an easy read and would be perfect for some relatively new in their faith - a bite sized morsel to read every day.

It's a good little book which reminds me of Chicken soup for the soul. I got this in exchange for an honest review.

I love the dog stories, but found it to be more akin to a chicken soup book then a devotional.

I also found it to be a weird to compare my faith to a dog chewing on a blanket.

I loved reading about the ways our furry companions can actually teach us about how to live a better life. There is nothing more innocent thank the love of a dog. I enjoyed reading about all of the different personalities that dogs have through these stories. And the art work was just so cute. This book would make a great gift for the dog lover in your life.
