I found this book really interesting. It covered a lot of subjects and it also helps me to understand the basis of how many different variations of buying a house. There is and I will refer back to this when I am going into purchasing a house as I think there are many things that are mentioned, such as the different types of assessments are different types of purchasing and the different types of estate agents that can come in very handy to understand better when I’m at the period to purchase the house

Exactly what it is supposed to be. It's not fascinating or exciting but it is, however, an excellent homebuyers guide. We are talking about buying a house soon and this book gave us quite a bit of information we didn't already know. I would hands down recommend this to any kinds of first time homebuyers. Just so you have all the information you need before you start looking for your forever home.

This book accurately and consistently goes over all of the different talking points you would ask when looking for a first home and puts it in terms that are easy to understand. I recently has a close girlfriend who is going through the process with her partner and gifted this to her. She was satisfied and said it helped them tremendously in the process and they are now well on the way to buying.

When I say this book has everything you need to know about buying your first home, I mean it has everything. From what documents you need to fill out your loan application to what types of loans they have to the different realtors what to expect for your closing costs what are the closing cost the list goes on and on and they even advise you on home insurance. Buying a home can be mine blowing time consuming and boggling as well as confusing in this book clears it all up and helps you step-by-step until you sign on the David line and put the home under contract. They even tell you what exactly a mortgage is I could go on and on telling you what they have in this book but the better explain that you should get the book it’s totally cleared everything up for me and my daughter who are in the process of buying our first home and I feel so much better now that I know what to expect. I received this book from NetGalley and the publisher but it came just at the right time when we were buying our first home please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.
