I'd like to thank Netgalley and Teal Street Publishing for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely love the cover... it's what made me request it and well who doesn't love a good mafia story.

I did not love the female main character Giada. To me she was just so naive. To not know what her family does and then not believe it when she is confronted with it. I really couldn't get passed that. She was pretty annoying and seemed sheltered even though she was a college student who lived on campus. The next thing that annoyed me was the two love interests. Not them per say as characters but I had a hard time knowing who I was supposed to like. I guess Adrian because I felt like he was the underdog in all this but honestly if I could talk to Adrian I would tell him to run for the hills and not look back.

Gorgeous cover and I love a good mafia romance, so when this book came up for review, I was in. Entirely beautiful, bruising and hopeful! I felt every word that was written.

Giada Conti has no idea what her father does for a living. When starts to date Adrian she believes everything is okay until Luca shows up from Italy and thinks that they are still dating though they have not seen each other for years. Slowly Adrian gets pushed away and when he suggests that her father may be doing things illegal they are done. She is back with Luca. that is until she catches him with another woman in Italy and begins to question where all his money comes from. When she finally decides to call Adrian and tell him of her questions the story ends and you wonder where it will go from here. A decent read with good characters.

Mafiosa Princess is about young college student named Gia. Who meets a pre-law student named Adrian and soon after begin dating. Things with Gia seem a little unusual to Adrian, what college girl needs a personal driver? They really hit it off and makes plans to visit each other over the summer, starting with Adrian getting a local internship. But when that internship falls through, Gia asks Adrian to stay with her for the same amount of time he would have been doing the internship. He initially declines, but Gia manages to have her father call in a favor and get him an internship in her home town. When Adrian shows up, things seem off, before he knows it, he is staying in Gia's family home and he is beginning to suspect that Gia's family have criminal ties and are up to no good. When he voices these concerns to Gia, she all but tells him he is crazy.
Then her ex, whom the family calls the prince, arrives and will also be staying with the family. Before he knows it Adrian is pulled into some unsavory activities and needs to get out before it gets worse.

This book was an enjoyable roller coaster for sure. You are left on a cliff hanger but it is a good one! Definitely pick this one up if you enjoy mafia tropes! I am running to pick up the second book!

I was hoping for more from Mafiosa Princess. Gia, the main lead was a little annoying with how naive she acted throughout the whole book. I didn't and still don't really know who I am suppose to be rooting for.. is it Adrian, the non-mafia lawyer to be? Luca, the high school ex, also known as the prince? Or the wild card Enzo, Gia's driver/body guard? I was also hoping for a little more smut, the 1st half of the book- all of Gia's and Adrian's sexy-time scenes are fade to black but all of Luca's are full scenes. It was not a terrible book but I probably will not read book 2 in this series.

This is a mafia romance. I went into this not really knowing much about it. I didn't read the blurb, the cover caught my eye as well as the title.

I was surprised in how much I enjoyed this book. The twists and turns that happen keep you guessing. I can't wait to read book 2.

4/5 stars, absolutely loved the books. So fast paced I couldn't put it down.

Dual pov between fmc and mmc will always win me over. It seemed like love at first sight with them both till her family got involved. He is wary of her family which is understandable.

When her ex starts getting involved things go from bad to worse. Mmc starts questioning a lot of things to do with her family and ex and it surprised me that she hadn't questioned it previously.

This book does end on a cliff hanger and the spice I would rate 2/5 stars.

The first book in a series. It sets the scenes for the following books. Building up the characters and their lives.
A well written narrative that focuses on the romantic liaisons of the adored only sister in a large Italian family.
Questionable business dealings and alliances raise questions that will be addressed in further books.

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review Mafiosa Princess. The book was very meh, mediocre at best. I did not like the characters nor the story. Giada does not really have any redeeming qualities, she is a spoiled naive woman that swings between two men Adrian and Luca. The plot was either slow or very rushed. Giada was portrayed as very immature and not very intelligent for a heroine. There is two points of views, Adrian and Giada, which usually indicates those two will end up together. The book did end in a cliff hanger, I'm not sure if I would read the sequel.

What a beautiful cover! That was what first drew me in. I also love the catch line….

Two men love her. But only one truly knows her.

I always thought the whole mafia whorls was quite fascinating. I can’t wait to read about Giana and Adrian. More thoughts to come, but then also how Luca comes back into her life as well. This looks to be quite the page turner and I’m very excited to acquire it for our branch.
