We don’t have a “teen” with anxiety, at least not yet. We do have a toddler with anxiety and much of this book was still very useful! It was well written and the author seemed very knowledgeable.

I have conflicting thoughts for Parenting Teens with Anxiety: Strategies to Understand & Cope With Teenagers Suffering from Anxiety & Panic Attacks. Some of the tips may be helpful for some teens but most were not ones that would be helpful for my daughter's situations.

Lots of useful tips that are good not only for teens, but also for young adults who struggle with anxiety. My teenager said that they found some good ideas in here, and as a parent, I found some good ways to interact and engage with them when their anxiety levels are high.

Overall, this is a good book for parents who’s child or teen has anxiety. I am a mental health professional and work with parents and children and I found this book filled with information that I already knew and understood well; this is great for parents as it is easily read and understand. This book includes helpful tips on how to treat and talk to your teen. Overall, I can see myself recommending this book to parents looking for information about anxiety in children.
