A thrilling story about the lives of twin sisters. They may look identical, but their lives are drastically different. Madison and Pipper are quality characters, you get to know the characters from different points of views. The story and plot are exceptional with great twists and turns. The reader is taken on a riveting roller coaster ride. A must-read thriller.

Thank you NetGalley and Publisher for letting me receive this book as an ARC.
I choose to request this book because of the description. I was very intrigued by the idea of twin tragedy book. The twins: Piper who is the perfect one and Madison who is the complete 180 of her sisters An accident happens where everything changes.
I sat down to read this book and ended up reading all night until I was finished and on the last page. The book has many points of views which was very fluid and not jumpy like most I read with multiple POVs. I never saw the ending coming. Highly recommend!!! I will be putting this in as a request in my book club to do a group read.

In several years of using Goodreads, this was the first book to download with formatting issues. I gave it a shot anyway but it's impossible to decipher sentences like "I was WinteT, and pictuTe;peTxect CipeT was zpTing." (That's an actual sentence on my Kindle.)

Description of the book sounded great, hope to read it another time!

I was initially going to rate this two stars, but I had to re-evaluate that because the thing is- I actually enjoyed this book. On some level, at least. I didn't much enjoy the writing, didn't enjoy the pacing, found the characters insufferable- but in the end, regardless of all that, Puppet's Shadow had some strange magnetism that kept me hooked till the last page.

This was such a well done book, it had a great suspenseful atmosphere with interesting characters. I really enjoyed every part of reading this, it did what I wanted from the description. The characters worked so well in the story and I was glad to get to know them. I loved the alternating pov chapters and it does what I wanted. It was such a well done mystery.

"When he asked permission to enter the room because he was two minutes early, my smile crept onto my face without hesitation. His charm and wit were breaking down my wall."
