Such a sad story of mixed up families with skewed priorities. But also a reminder of how God's grace is all sufficient and encompassing.

When we meet the Shed family The oldest son Eric is running out of the woods and taking off in his dad‘s truck, his mom is washing dishes and thinking about what a wonderful day her and her husband John just had. When a call comes in explaining The youngest son Matt was shot and Eric is missing Lorraine is taken back 17 years when her four-year-old daughter Allison was murdered far from Idaho John’s brother Ryan hears about the murder he immediately leaves Florida to go find his nephew Eric he knows Eric isn’t capable of murder but after talking to his brother John it seems Ryan is one of the only people who think Eric is innocent. Ryan’s arrival in Idaho will dredge up memories that should’ve probably been left alone. I really enjoyed this book but I couldn’t believe Lorraine who just found out her son was deceased but as soon as she saw her brother-in-law all she could think about was being with him again I mean I get it her and John had a traditional marriage she didn’t feel fulfilled… Got it but her son just died… Either way this book is still so worth reading there a twist I didn’t see coming and an ending I didn’t think we would get. If I was asked if I recommend this book the answer would be absolutely yes! I received it from NetGalley and the publisher but I am leaving this review voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

His Name Is Grace

I loved the cover. The book was pretty good. Slow in parts, sometimes difficult to feel all the loss, even grace. It is certainly worth the read and made me think.

This book was sent to me electronically by Netgalley for review. Family dynamics…fiction…horrors…healing…love…friendship…this is a complicated book…keeping characters and their actions straight…the story moves s,only but comes to a resounding conclusion. I did not get into this book, but other readers might.
