3.5 stars!
Went into this not knowing it was book 5 in a series, but it didn’t hinder my understanding or enjoyment. I always love interconnected series with a huge family and lots of good banter.

I’ll start by saying I did LOVE the jealousy aspect of this romance. This whole situation where Hanna likes someone else and that ignites an intense jealousy from bff/frenemy Easton was just so so good. I love that he had to help her win over another guy while hiding his deep-rooted feelings for Hanna. Also I might be in the minority here, but I adore a good love triangle. Especially a love triangle that doesn’t end in a disaster and lots of hurt feelings.

I didn’t love Hanna’s seeming hatred towards female friendships. It was giving very much “I’m not like other girls” vibes and that is something I just can’t handle. I was happy that she actually tried to talk to her (amazing) girlfriends in the end, but her bitter attitude was kind of tainted for me before that happened. Also, her brothers suck, and her grandpa needs to be protected at all costs.

Easton didn’t annoy me nearly as much. I like that he is very caring and kind to his friends and family. Once he finally figured out that he was in love with Hanna there was literally no other person for him and I just swoon over men like that. He was so patient with Hanna’s need to take the emotional part of their relationship slow. And OMG he is sexy! The spicy bits were *chefs kiss* because of him. I’m glad he got everything he wanted in the end.

Thank you to the author and NetGalley for an arc in exchange for an honest review!

Wilder at Last is the 5th book in the Wilder Adventure Series by Serena Bell and “might” just be my favorite of them all! Maybe I’ll go back and re-read the entire series (because it’s that good) and check to see which Wilder is my favorite! Hanna and Easton have been pushing and pulling each other since we first met them in the very first book so I’m sure I’m not the only reader who knew (and hoped!) that they would finally accept their attraction to each other and see where it would go. I loved their banter with each other and with the other characters which we’ve come to know and love. No surprise that there were some hilarious moments where tears were running down my face from laughing so hard. Ms. Bell really outdid herself in this series because I felt like I knew each of these characters personally. I really don’t want to say goodbye to them, but knowing that Ms. Bell has another series up her sleeve is making the ending a little bit easier. These books can all be read as standalones, but I strongly suggest reading them all in order to get the most pleasure out of them. Fun, flirty, exciting outdoor adventure reads that made it hard for me to stop reading once I started. I'm very grateful to have been given an opportunity to read and review an early copy of this book.

This was a quick and fun read that introduced me to the Wilder family (Book 5 of the series). I had not read the earlier books, but am definitely intrigued in going back to read the previous brothers' stories. I particularly was interested in the Wilder family business, and found the plot line of a famous influencer leading foraging camping trips was interesting and unique. Hanna and Easton are childhood friends who thrive on pranks and witty banter. It takes the arrival of an outsider, Bear, who expresses interest in Hanna for both of them to realize their own romantic potential. It was a fun journey watching them explore their relationship, but I wish there had been more adventure/camping expeditions.

Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for an e-ARC in exchange for my honest review!

This was a really fun read, which I managed to finish in a day alongside reading two other books - yes it was that easy to get lost in! When I requested the ARC, I didn't actually realise this was number five in a series, but thankfully they can all be read as standalones as each focuses on a different couple, so I wasn't lost at all.

The romance between old rivals and co-workers Hanna and Easton was a delight to read, and it was clear from the get go that they're ideal for each other.

I loved the fact that Easton ends up falling for Hanna while coaching her to seduce someone else. My romance-trope loving heart swelled! My favourite part of the whole book was Easton helping Hanna pick out outfits as part of this arrangement. It just felt so sweet, and through so many other gestures like this, he proved just how well he knew her.

Definitely recommend this to anyone who want's a fun, flirty read that brings a good amount of steam as well. Time to get onto reading the rest of the books!

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC!

3.5 stars rounded up to 4. I was so conflicted about this. The actual plot of the book, I loved. The story was amazing, the romance was sweet, the characters are very loveable. But for me the sex scenes are too frequent and explicit (personal taste!) and don’t actually enhance the plot in any way past a certain point. It became a bit gratuitous, and I actually prefer more plot and more sweeter character interactions. I don’t mind a bit of spice, but at times it was a bit much for me.

Thank you for the ARC!

I have absolutely loved this series - my excitement levels to read this ARC were through the roof. Hanna and Easton have been teased throughout the other books - Serena Bell knows how to build anticipation!

I was nervous to start because the writing felt different and more simple - the animosity and tension between Hanna and Easton seemed to be missing, But then I hit the 25% ish mark and it felt like I was back in the Wilder Adventures world.

Things I loved:
- How well the love triangle was handled. It's my least favourite trope, but everyone handled it maturely in this one.
- Easton discovering his feelings for Hanna - I love a little practice kissing
- Hanna being nothing but herself for Easton - I didn't like that she wanted to change for someone else, and the fact that she was loved for her true self was a great message

Things that didn't work as well:
- Gabe seems to be just.., mean. I know he always redeems himself, but I was a bit done with the "fear of Gabe" plot device by book 5
- I think the animosity between Hanna and Easton was missing? In the other books they didn't come across as besties?

In short: This series is absolutely fantastic and I recommend it to everyone. A beautiful way to finish. And did someone say spin off? I'm here for it!

Well this book was just the sweetest, funniest and swooniest story ever! This is the story of Easton Wilder and Hanna Hott who have known each other since they were kids and have worked together at the Wilder family outdoor adventure company for years but who wouldn’t say they were friends exactly. Until they start to spend time together outside of work and both begin to realize how much it has meant for them over the years that the other person has always been there and what it would mean if they suddenly left. The banter was top-notch and the pining was sweet and real – also, be sure to get the bonus chapter after you’ve finished reading the novel. You won’t regret it!

A sweet Wilder brothers installment. Friends to lovers. Hanna and Easton have been friends who bicker for years. But things change.

I liked the discussions that Hanna and Easton had over changing their relationship, and I also liked Easton trying to figure out his role in the family. This wasn't my favorite Wilder Brother book, but it wasn't bad. A fun, forgettable time.

I received an arc from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

A quick easy light hearted romance, I enjoyed the chemistry between the hero and heroine but it didn't feel authenticly enemies to lovers. Plus size heroine, lots of outdoorsy atmosphere, a cute story with a bit of steam.

4.5 ⭐️ So, so much better than I was expecting!

This is the fifth book in the Wilder Adventures Series, but it’s the first one I’ve read – and omg it was so f*cking good! I’m probably going to go back now and read the series in its entirety… As if my TBR wasn’t long enough, but oh well!

This is the story of Hanna and Easton. They’ve both worked at Wilder, Easton family’s business for years, and they’ve known each other since they were kids, but they’ve never really been the best of friends. They’re more sort of frenemies. They banter, they push and get in each other’s nerves constantly… But when a hot influencer comes from out to town to work with the Wilders, Hanna finds herself attracted to the new attractive man around - and Easton finds himself more and more peeved by Hanna’s developing feelings.

This book has a plus size heroine with trust issues and a love for the outdoors, food and sports (in that order), and the good vibes this book gave me are unmatched. Hanna is so amazing and funny, always ready and down to banter. And Easton is the perfect book boyfriend! He’s sweet and caring, while at the same time laid back and bit of a goofball who can (and does) gets serious when the situation calls for it. Also, this was inadvertently much spicier than I was excepting - And I loved it! The steamy scenes were wonderfully written and there’s a lot of variety and emphasis in them without taking away from the plot.

From complicated family relationships to hard lessons about life and connecting with each other - I never wanted this book to end!

I hadn't realized that Wilder at Last was the last in a 5 book series at first, but as each book can hold its own as a standalone, I didn't think there would be an issue with not reading the others first. It turns out I was right, I still really loved Hanna and Easton's story. But I was also wrong, in that I had so much fun with it I then decided I would simply have to read the other 4 books.

Hanna and Easton are "frenemies," clearly they are each others closest friend from the start, they just can't admit it to themselves. The banter is top notch and seeing the two of them finally starting to open up not just to each other but to their family and friends was really wonderful. The whole Wilder family is great and going back to read their stories was very enjoyable, especially when you get little hints of Hanna and Easton in the background. Plus you know I'm a sucker for dual POV interconnected romances. Even better when it's a bunch of brothers in a small town. In the end, this was my favorite of the series.

Easton and Hannah. The babies of their families and lifelong friends who like to prank each other. Although they've seemed more frenemies at times we start to see that there was always something there. I enjoyed this end to the Wilder series and I'm looking forward to see where the Hott series will take us.

Thank you netgalley for providing me with this arc.

I didn’t realise this book was apart of a series so after finishing this book I’m immediately going to read the rest. Extra points for this book being a series of standalones interconnected.

I loved seeing their attraction to each other, they have great chemistry and I love both Hanna and Easton. This book is about discovering who you are, and I love how both of them has this development.

The book was easy to read, I will be looking out for more books from this author.

This is the 5th book of WilderAdventures series, it can be read as stand alone. My first in this series and this book is good, sweet, cliche and i lovveeee it!!

Easton and Hanna relationship foundation was good, from friendemy to lover. They already know each other, the tension already build from years of fight/flirt. I agree with Easton. Bear is camera whore. Whyyy he want to documentation when date??

They relationship is not easy. Hanna have her own worry, scare to leave behind. Easton has to work hard to convience her. At the end they are meant to be.

Thank you to NetGalley for provide this book, it is pleasure to review this book.

Thanks to Netgalley, Author Collective 20 and the author for an ARC of this book. I am leaving this review voluntarily.

My TBR is out of control already - I still have books from 2022 to read that I am absolutely craving. But when this book dropped into my galley I COULD NOT WAIT. This was the couple I was shipping from the very first book in the series.

This is not just a frenemies to lovers story, it's a story about discovering who you are and what you want when you find the right person to do these things with. And Easton, the Wilder 'pant-melter' almost lost his chance with his best friend Hannah when she starts crushing on the new Instagram star who may also be the one to give Eaton his chance to get out of town and make something of himself (which is what he has always thought he wanted).

I just love the way these two come together in a purely organic way - how they know each other so well on so many levels, and how they save each other time and again, but only realise they are meant to be right before it could all get swept away.

I can't wait to read the next series about Hannah Hott's brothers and am a Serena Bell fan for life,

Sweet and fun book about two frenemies who finally give in to their attraction to each other. The banter between Hanna and Easton is so funny. Loved the shopping segment. This is #5 of the Wilder Adventures books but the first I’ve read. I’ll be sure to put the first four Wilder Adventure books on my TBR.

I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own. Thank you to NetGalley and Author Collective 20, Jelsba Media Group for this ARC

Wilder at last was my first Serena Bell book and now I'm going to have to go back and read the whole series! I really enjoyed the banter and the found family dynamic Hanna has with the Wilders. I look forward to reading more from Serena Bell in the future!

I’ve always enjoyed Serena Bells books as well as this series so I’m sure this particular book will be no exception. I will be sharing full thoughts soon…but I just want to say how much I enjoy her w riding and books and how much I know I will enjoy this one as well. I can’t wait to bring it to our readers as well.
———-

Falling for my frenemy? Out of the question.

Easton: For as long as I can remember, I’ve been giving Hanna a hard time—and she’s been giving it right back. So we’re both shocked to find ourselves on the same side of a project: helping Hanna win the heart of the celebrity chef hired by my family’s business to give summer workshops.

It shouldn’t be a big deal. A wardrobe evaluation. A shopping trip. Maybe some how-to-get-the-guy advice. I’m an expert on matters of the heart—or, at least matters of the mattress.

But as Hanna starts to trust me and open up, I see her differently. She’s not so much blunt as refreshingly honest, not so much a plain Jane in baggy clothes as… deliciously curvy. And hidden under that spiky, steely exterior is a soft heart she doesn’t show anyone.

Suddenly, the project includes ogling Hanna in dressing room mirrors. Offering her kissing lessons. And desperately trying not to give in to the sizzling heat between us.

I have to let her know the plan has changed: I’ll still help her get the guy she wants. I just need to somehow convince her that it’s me.

A steamy, opposites-attract, enemies-to-lovers (or is it friends-to-lovers? So hard to tell with these two!), mountain man small-town rom com.

This was cute, and fairly light (even with the heavier topics it touched on) and a quick read. I am always on board with a friends-to-lovers trope, and this was no exception. I was rooting for them the entire time, before they were even rooting for themselves.

It does seem like they realize their ✨feelings✨ for each other rather suddenly and at the same time, so the burn is not SUPER slow… But that is not necessarily a con, just a fact.

I really enjoyed this and loved all of the characters, even the side ones!
