Super fun and unique bachelor in paradise/survivor crossover! The main character was a little bit too awkward for me at times and some of it felt so improbable but that did not take away from the experience. Overall a very fun summer read, I look forward to reading more of Riccio's books!

Perfect setting for a light, summer romance. I found this one to be both fun and funny. I would highly recommend this one to romance readers.

This book had some interesting plot points and some low lows that were hard to get over. I enjoyed how the author didn't follow the typical path of a romance, and the game show idea was fun, but maybe needed to be fleshed out more. The ending was a little cheesy, if not over the top, but I thought the overall message was good. The characters, however, irked me the most. Our main male lead was fine, but the actual romance part was lacking. The main character was written very quirky, and not in a fun way. She read very juvenile and childlike; when she is supposed to be 23, it came off poorly. If the plot sounds interesting, I would say read it, but just be aware this reads more YA than an Adult romance.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced copy!
As both a Survivor and a romance fan, I was the perfect target audience for this book, which I truly enjoyed. Orie and her family were definitely a bit of a hot mess, but getting to watch her find her way, her self, and love on her journey through her reality show experience and beyond was a lot of fun. Great read!

Thanks to Wednesday Books and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest opinions.
Overall, I thought this book was super cute! I'm a big fan of The Bachelor and love books that have a reality TV tie in. I didn't realize it was a YA book when I first requested it (my fault for not paying more attention), but I felt like even with the YA categorization, the romance was kind of lacking. I feel like there could have been more flirtation and tension between the contestants.
Orie's quirks were fun at first, but they eventually started to grate on my nerves a bit, and I found myself wanting to finish the book to be done with the character.
SPOILERS AHEAD!
It was pretty clear to me that Remy was not who he claimed to be. It was way too convenient for him to just immediately like her. He was saying she was cute and sexy, when, in reality, she was pretty weird. That was a huge sign to me that he was just "playing the game." Maybe teen readers won't come to the conclusion as quickly, but I kind of doubt it.

Thank you to NetGalley for the arc.
This was a fun and interesting book, but I just really didn't enjoy the writing style. Everything else in this book was amazing, and perfect for any fans of Survivor. This is very specific, but I couldn't stand that the FMC chose to be referred to as "Picadilly". The romantic relationships in this book were very fast-moving, which includes characters making out a day after meeting each other.

Billed as a cross between The Bachelor and Survivor, this was a modern, fun twist on romance. Orie thinks she's been asked to be on Survivor, but instead, she's cast in a spin-off show that is just as much a dating game as it is one of survival. And she finds out she's there with her high school crush, Remy. I loved the uniqueness of the competitions and how the "game" unfolded. This was great fun!

Thank you so much to @wednesdaybooks for the ARC!

If you are a fan of reality tv shows like Survivor or Love Island, this is the book for you! This is an ode to all Survivor fans, with a fun romance twist mixed in. I was impressed with the detail the author put into the Survivor like competitions! She definitely did her research.
This books main character is Orie, who is a bit of a lost girl at the beginning of our book, floating through life as it goes by. She has a long time boyfriend she isnโt really into and a job she does that she isnโt passionate about.
She applies for Survivor on a whim, makes it, and finds out when she arrives that it is actually going to a a spin off show called Attached at the Hip. The rules and concept were pretty clever and I could actually envision this as a spin off show, so kudos to the author!
The book really picked up halfway through when the competition was heating up and some people were not all they appeared to be. I loved seeing Orie go through the struggles on the show figuring out who to trust.
The love interests in this show surprised me. I was pleasantly surprised by the end and was happy with how everything played out. Pick this up for a fun summer reality tv read!!

This was SO cute! I loved it so much. The tension was perfect, the pacing was great, and I loved the ending so much.

I loved the idea of this book, my two favorite things! Reality shows and romance. Orie was adorable but felt a bit immature at times. I definitely understand that panic of not knowing what to do with their life, but the author did an amazing job at keeping the tension between them alive and seriously, i was giggling and kicking my feet the entire time. I did struggle with a few of the finer details in the story, it felt like there were some consistency issues that didnโt play out correctly in my head but overall, nothing that ruined the story.
I would honestly recommend this to anyone in need of a good beach read!

I had pretty low expectations going into this because I didn't really enjoy the last book I read from this author. That being said, I was surprised that I didn't hate it! I did find the main character super annoying and the overall plot to be a bit childish but I wasn't struggling to get through it, which is a win in my book. I really don't think I will ever enjoy anything this author writes so I probably won't read more?

I liked the premise of the reality show, but the writing was try-hard, with overly quirky characters and dialogue. I didn't find our main character endearing, but rather immature and naive. I think the idea was great but the execution could use some work.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for this early copy. I ended up listening to the finished audiobook from my local library. This was a super fun ya rom-com sort of book. The main character was definitely cringey at times. But it weirdly made her feel more authentic. I rolled my eyes at her so many times I donโt know how they didnโt fall out. But I was still hooked wondering whether she was right or p roping about certain characters. It was fast paced and kept me interested enough that I finished listening in one day. I would definitely recommend this one for YA lovers.

You had me at survivor meets the bachelor because who could not love those two things. Iโm a sucker for a good romcom, and this was it. Please do yourself a favor and read this book.

This survivor meets the bachelor esque romance was a fun time! I enjoyed the premise of this debut novel very much. I didn't love the FMC as much as I wish I could have and wanted more chemistry. This was a fast read that was a great palette cleanser because it was so light and easy.

Orie Lennox, is 23 years old. She has been in only one relationship & has an influencer channel with her sister. Orie has yet to do something just for herself, so when she sees an opportunity to sign up for Survivor, she takes it. She is surprised when she finds out there's a romantic twist to the show. Orie & another contestant are attached to each other on an island. They have to compete for the ultimate prize & possible chance at love.
This was Perfect Match meets Survivor. I started reading this one physically & I was struggling with Orie's character. I switched to the audiobook version & the narrator, Brittany Presley, made Orie a little bit less annoying. The competition was fun. I enjoyed the different characters & how they interacted. It had drama, sabotage, & pure chaos. I would recommend the audio version for this one. It was a good time.

Iโm in my trashy reality show era and this one just hit the spot so much. Really loved the twist of her high school crush being a costar. A solid beach read and definitely bingeable.
Thank you St Martinโs Press & Netgalley for the chance to read in exchange for an honest review

This book was a big booksta hit and had a lot of cute moments. I really liked the premise of the story and overall the story was cute but just ok for me. Thank you for the ARC NetGalley!

Survivor meets dating show in this wild, funny, creative page turner! Attached at the Hip was written so well I felt like I was watching the reality show where each chapter was the newest episode airing live. I loved how the characters developed and grew, how their relationships formed, and how connection I felt to all of them and their drama. I also appreciated the "just kisses" steam level. Fun, island book for summer! Thanks to @netgalley and @stmartinspress for the ARC copy!

Attached at the Hip is a survivor like romantic comedy that has a bit of a mystery and drama to it. Since all of the contestant and love matches are vying for the one million dollars, some are going to lie to get to the end. Orie and Ospry and Orie and Remy have great chemistry, but which one is real? I laughed out loud, cried and swooned while reading this one - it was a well developed and thought provoking story.
