This book is a HUGE mood!!!

Contemplating life? Existential crisis? In a slump? This collection is for you. It's an easy read and the illustrations are super cute, though I do wish there was more. Nevertheless, it's perfect light reading for when you need a perk-me-up or some fluff.

Simple yet adorable drawings of seal and friends, accompanied by likewise simple yet gentle reminders and affirmations.

Absolutely adorably illustrated book. Was so happy to turn the page and see another cute little seal! Many of the little snips of text were funny and very relatable. Would be a very cute option to open up when you may be feeling down just to have a fun little bit of encouragement or validating bit.

This is a book that prioritizes self care and shows that if you don’t take care of your mind and body the outcome is never great. More people in the world need to prioritize self help and put themselves first.

Such a cute and uplifting self-help book! I really loved the artwork and the messages were so sweet and gentle.

This is a great little gift book/coffee table book. The pictures are cute and simple and are accompanied by sweet, self-affirming sayings. Nothing deep, just something cute that might lift your spirits on a dark day.

This is a cute, quick read. If you need a pick me up, then this book is for you! The illustrations are perfect for what the Book is About.

This was such a cute, feel-good collection of pictures (or should I say "seal-good").

I was pleasantly surprised how deep some of the images got and found myself tearing up at a couple of them!

Wang XX is just an ordinal seal (that's @an_ordinary_seal on Instagram), standing before all of you wonderful people, asking you to love yourselves and practice self-care (errr, sealf-care).

SEALF-CARE FOR EVERYONE is a compilation of strips from Wang XX's oeuvre, all organized around the themes of meeting yourself, loving yourself, being kind to yourself, and embracing yourself. The strips are deceptively simple, super cute, and relateable AF - "I'm not thinking about anything right now and it feels just beautiful" is like the ultimate in life goals for this chronically anxious seal - though not always the most memorable. That said, a few would make for pretty excellent motivational prints.

I can see myself flipping through SEALF-CARE during an especially bad day, though I feel like there are similar books that do a better job at delving into the subject matter. For example, I devoured Hyesu Lee's SELF-LOVE CLUB right after SEALF-CARE, and it's hard not to compare the two.

This picture book is full of seal and octopus illustrations with little comments next to them that range from profound to silly. Some of my favorites were: “I’m too small to change anything, but I’m too adorable to be ignored,” and “We are so ordinary and so precious.”

If you need a pick-me-up, this little book would be great to flip through or gift to someone.

This is a great coffee table or bathroom book. It’s more for the art than the context and I love it tor it. It’s really soothing.

Sealf-Care for Everyone is such a sweet heart-warming book. I think it would be great as a daily calendar too! I like the different calming phrases to help you feel better. a great gift!
