Adults acting badly. Too much like the real event. Just not my cup of tea. I get that each person or group had reasons for being there. I get that some wanted to just document the chaos. But I didn't enjoy the book.

This was a interesting take on a recent event, the writing was really well done and the characters were interesting. Norman Brewer does a great job in writing this.

I love the unique concept of this book. It is fast paced and suspenseful, the perfect combination to me. I enjoyed the details and dialogue and appreciated the multiple points of view. I would recommend this for anyone who loves speculative fiction, especially when based on a current event fresh in our memories.

I ended up DNFing this book. It is good but just not my style. I got about 40% then put it down.
