Very enjoyable and inspirational book about the way from idea to execution. Interesting enough, this book can be useful for internal corporate projects and startup environment alike. The principles of the book describe mindeset, method and execution. My favourite part is about he wow factor within the idea you may want to bring to life. In fact, the great thought is really about customers and the wow factor that particular solution creates, if this part does not exist, most likely the solution Wil not last long, so the company that represents it. The growth and creativity mindset should always be present in anything we create and bring to life.

At first glance, this book seems to promise a lot and you have to wonder how it can deliver, but the truth is that it really does deliver. A great book worthy of the time to read it.

The author has tried to distill his experiences for others to harvest such as knowing how to find the right mentor and working smarter framework useful. He has also explained concepts like competitive advantage in a manner that is easy to grasp for the layperson and that I think is the strength of the book - making ideas accessible, The illustrations in the book add to the ease of the read. The browfield, deadfield and redfield market were interesting as most of us are famililar with only green field. The worksheets and real world examples make it easy to relate to.Value to customer mapping and other useful ideas make this book more than just about failing fast. I found the chapter about replacing the mindset of working hard with working smart first before working hard interesting. The book is full of personal stories of the author, which can sometimes become tedious, but the learnings to be had from the stories are worth being patient through it.
