This book kept me coming back for more! I have really enjoyed the other books in the series, but finally Alex gets her HEA. This book helps tie up a few loose ends from the others, but we also get to meet Hawk and watch the chemistry build between him and Alex. I thought that it was wonderful how Alex’s brothers and their significant others were so accepting of the connection they had with each other, sort of like they expected it to happen, but they all knew that Alex needed to do something for herself since she was always putting others before her.

I was excited for Alex’s journey. She, along with her brothers, have had her life turned upside down thanks to dear ol dad. She’s the one who has felt that effect the most. As CEO, she doesn’t want her employees to stress about their jobs and she wants the company to run as smoothly as possible. But that has also put a target on her back. She soon finds herself in need of a bodyguard. I loved the chemistry and the forced proximity between Alex and Hawk. Their journey quickly sucked me in and I devoured this read. And I can’t recommend it enough!

I was looking forward to reading Alex’s story and Catherine Bybee didn’t disappoint. If you enjoy strong females and sexy protectors, you’ll love this story. Alex is trying to handle working at her deceased father’s company and it’s hard to know who is friend and who is enemy. When a bomb threat comes during a board meeting and it’s found in a backpack under her car, she realizes she needs help. Enter Hawk, the gorgeous man she met last night. I’m not going to leave any spoilers, but I highly recommend this entire series, especially if you love some suspense with your romance.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.

I really enjoyed this second book in this series. It was romantic, intense, and very suspenseful and it had me quickly turning the pages to see how it would all play out. Secrets abounded and I found myself captivated to learn more about them and the danger they put Alex Stone in.
I really enjoyed how the three Stone children bonded together through thick and thin to always support each other. I admired Alex, her strength, her courage, and how she just wanted her father's love. I am so glad Hawk, her sexy bodyguard was there to help her. This was an exciting book to read with such compassionate, down to earth characters trying to find out who Alex's stalker was. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

When it’s Catherine Bybee you know it’s going to be good. She never disappoints.
Alex is the strong female in the sibling threesome.
She has a great responsibility in her work life and aside from her family and best friend not much social life.
Alex doesn’t know it, but unexpected danger puts her in the sights of protector Hawk.
He wants to keep her safe. She wants to believe it’s not that bad. They have to admit the attraction between them could be life changing.
As always with Catherine’s stories there is a nice romance, but also a mystery. This one doesn’t disappoint. Who would have thought it would have ended the way that it did?! Not me!
This has been a fantastic series to read!
Grab all in the series now because you won’t want to stop once you start!
I was given an ARC through Netgalley for my honest opinion.

Gosh this quickly became a favorite series! Alex and Hawk were such fantastic characters. I knew Alex would need a strong alpha/protector and boy oh boy did Hawk fit into that character type. I loved the mysteries in the story which I won’t spoil here but I had a long list of suspects which made it even better. 5 big stars for this one!

Just finished my ARC of No More Yesterdays by Catherine Bybee and… wow. She nailed it again! 🖤 This is book 3 in the series, and I didn’t think I’d love Alex and Hawk as much as I did, but I fell for them.
It’s got all the things: twists you don’t see coming, a strong female lead, a swoon-worthy protector, and that close-knit family vibe that just hits you in the feels.
I legit read this in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down. If you haven’t read the first two books, go now! This series is SO GOOD and I’m kinda sad it’s over. 😭✨

This series is so good, and this is book 3. It kept me engaged, the plot is full of twist and turns, and seeing Alex, Chase, and Max after the father they had, captivates me. I didn't stop reading until I finished the story. This is definitely a page turner.
I received an ARC from Montlake through NetGalley. I highly recommend this book and books 1 and 2. I was surprised a few times, laughed some, shed a few tears, most of the people in the story the love for each other lifted my spirits. If you read the book, you will know about some other people. Oh, so good.

4⭐️ Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for an advanced copy of No More Yesterdays.
Alex and her brothers Chase and Max are still coming to terms with all they have learned about their late father. They took over a business they never wanted but they are learning to make it their own. But Alex has started to receive threats and she decides to hire a bodyguard named Hawk. The lines between work and personal start to blur for the two of them. When a hidden safe is found they realize they had no idea what their father was doing.
This is the third and final book in the series. It is labeled as a romance but it also has good mystery elements to it as well.

Heartfelt and thrilling conclusion to an unputdownable series.
Wow! Catherine Bybee knows how to reach into my heart and squeeze. I love this series. And with each book, that couple became my favorite. Hawk and Alexandrea “Alex” are perfect. I wanted to both comfort and cheer these characters on at the same time. Alex, the third Stone sibling, the youngest, and the one who has taken on the bulk of running the company their estranged father left them, is tough and vulnerable at the same time. Hawk is protective and alpha, yet isn’t afraid to stand back and let Alex take the lead. I loved their dynamic, their instant and forceful connection, and the heat they generate.
I have been reading Catherine Bybee for several years, and every book she writes is amazing. They are full of love, hope, drama, angst, and vulnerability with kicka$$ characters that burrow their way into your heart. They are fun to read over and over again. This book, and this series, is unputdownable. Don’t miss it!

I cannot express in words how much I loved No More Yesterdays by Catherine Bybee. The author's writing is simply extraordinary. Alex is a fierce heroine who needs control and perfection in all parts of her life. She is strong and independent and sassy but even the strongest ones have weakness, specially when threatened by evil forces. Enter Hawk Bronson. The enigmatic alpha hero in charge of her safety. It was a battle of wills and stubbornness, tied with scorching hot chemistry constantly pushing the limits of professionalism. The suspense of her dead evil father's business deals pushing everyone kept me on my toes. It was emotional. It was heart warming. It was sizzling hot. I devoured the book like it's the last one I am ever going to read.
🧡 ex military alpha hero
🧡 sassy heroine
🧡 billionaire boss + Bodyguard
🧡 romantic suspense.
🧡 forced proximity
🧡 PTSD
Alex Stone is feared and respected by all because she isn't just heir to a big business, she is absolutely amazing. Work is her priority but when bomb threats and seedy associates from her father's time start causing chaos, her brothers put their foot down. Hawk came into her life by an accident but at the right time. He is brilliant in his field of work. But Alex isn't just an assignment..She ignites an intense need to protect and save and stir unfamiliar emotions those he kept buried under the remnants of his trauma. She isn't fragile but he didn't want to risk her heart by opening up completely. But Alex isn't just another woman. She is sharp and smart and compassionate and above all, demands what she deserves. Their relationship is forbidden in a sense though every single person in Alex's life is cheering for them. He had to get his shield down to get the woman who saved his broken soul. The twists and turns were cleverly delivered so that they didn't overwhelm the romance part. I love the Stone family's loyalty and devotion and dedication, coming together after their wretched father's death.
I reviewed an early copy voluntarily

The end of this trilogy was a mix of happy and sad for me. I was happy to get to the last story of the series and sad that this is the last story of the series. The story did not disappoint at all! I have liked Alex through the rest of the series and have been wanting her to find her love. Hawk is a great match for her. He understands her well and let's her be her own strong self without trying to take over or diminish her in any way. I really liked the two of them together as a couple. The story itself had some big twists in it regarding their father. This one has a lot more suspense and danger. The number of suspects was not small and I was surprised by some of the ending. I found the whole ending satisfactory though and was left with a sense of completion. I am a huge fan of this author and have been fully absorbed by the characters in all of her books. I look forward to more books from her in the future. I received an advance copy from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Alexandrea Stone, the only daughter in the Stone family, feels that she has to work twice as hard to prove her worth, not to her brothers, but to their father’s company that they inherited. They were shocked when he left Stone Enterprises to them as he was never really a father. Working to save the company, they have no idea of the many challenges they will face. This dawns on her when she attends an event and realizes that she wasn’t on the list nor was the event a business meeting. It seems as if someone has targeted when she is accosted upon leaving the event. Luckily, former military and security specialist Hawk Bronson was in the area and saved her. With all of the alarming surprises she and her brothers uncover about the business, they decide to hire Hawk and the security business he works for to increase their security and to keep her safe. When the threats against her and the business escalate, she knows that she needs Hawk, but has she come to need him for more than protection? As they delve further into her father’s many misdeeds, will they be able to keep Alex safe and save the company? A complete rush and I wish there was another “lost sibling” that the author could find for another book. P.S. I just learned that my other favorite series by this author, the D’Angelo’s, has a new book later in the year, yeah! I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. (paytonpuppy)

Alex’s whole life has been turned upside down, along with her brothers Chase and Max. You may want to read books 1 and 2. She is now CEO of Stone Enterprises and work seems to be the only thing she is capable of doing, or finding time to do. But not everyone is happy to see her sitting at the head seat. Board members, her father’s widow, employees, the boys club (yep, there are still those that think women should follow, not lead), she feels the stares from every angle. She tries not to think too much about it until a threat comes in, and it’s aimed at Alex.
Enter Hawk. You’ll have to read how they met, but now Hawk has been hired to be Alex’s bodyguard. As the threat continues, Alex (and Hawk) decide to go away for a bit, so they head to one of the Stone’s homes in Aspen. While there, Alex finds some interesting information and that leads the family on a hunt for some answers. Will they be able to put the puzzle pieces together before the next threat hits?
This is book 3 of The Heirs series. I would recommend reading these in order. All three are really good stories and captivating from beginning to end.

Catherine Bybee is the queen of great romances! Whenever I start one, I just can’t stop! This book, this series is no exception. This book is so well written! I love love love the Stone family. I was so excited for Alex’s story. Alex has been the steady one since their father died. She’s been the main person keeping the business afloat. She’s a workaholic that has resigned to never having a person. When her life might be in jeopardy in walks bodyguard Hawk Bronson. He’s as good at his job as he is gorgeous. This book was so much fun! I actually read this book and also listened to it on audio. Hawk and Alex have been my favorite couple so far. The author did a fantastic job with the sizzling sexual tension and the conflict. The character growth was just as spectacular. This book is one of my favorite books that I’ve read this year so far. I highly recommend this one for a fun summer read! I received this book from Montlake Publishing and Netgalley. All opinions are my own.

The Heirs #3: No More Yesterdays
by Catherine Bybee
This is the third book in *The Heirs* series, although I have only read the second and third books, but I’d strongly recommend starting with the first book to get the full context of the story and character development.
In this series, each of the three Stone siblings showcases unique strengths that bolster their family's unity during tough times. The story takes a gripping turn when a mystery unfolds: someone is plotting against Alex Stone, a strong, independent, and fierce woman who has taken over her father's company following his passing. Faced with numerous responsibilities and challenges, she has chosen to set aside thoughts of love and a personal life to fully dedicate herself to her role as the CEO of her father's thriving business empire, which was entrusted to her and her brothers. This was a role she never anticipated taking on, nor did she particularly desire it, especially considering that her father was largely absent from her life.
I absolutely loved the dynamic between Alex and Hawk; their relationship adds a compelling layer to the story. Alex's sharp wit often clashes with Hawk's brooding intensity, creating a captivating tension that draws readers in. This story is brimming with unexpected twists and turns, from shocking revelations about their pasts to pivotal moments that test their loyalty to one another. These elements keep readers on their toes, making it an exhilarating read filled with both suspense and romance. The author masterfully weaves together the thrill of action with the tender moments between the characters, making their journey all the more engaging.

No More Yesterdays was such a fun and exciting read! It’s the final book in the Heirs series and focuses on Alex Stone, a strong and successful CEO who suddenly finds herself in danger.
Enter Hawk Bronson, her sexy and protective bodyguard with a troubled past. The chemistry between Alex and Hawk was amazing. I loved how their relationship slowly built, mixing romance with action and suspense. The story was fast paced and full of twisted moments that kept me guessing about who was behind the threats. I also enjoyed seeing familiar characters from earlier in the series, it gave the book a nice sense of closure. The romance was swoony, the danger felt real, and the emotional moments were heartfelt. Alex learning to let someone in, and Hawk opening up about his past, made this more than just a romantic thriller. A perfect ending to the series, I didn’t want it to end.
Very grateful to the publisher for my copy through NetGalley, opinions are my own

I could not put it down! Strong characters, realistic romance, and a plot that will keep you captivated right to the end. Alex and Hawk are independent, strong-willed, and definitely not looking for love... life had other plans. A must-read!

This book is a wonderful romance with a very, very good mystery/suspense element. As the end of this trilogy, it did not disappoint. Please read the other two books in this trilogy. Trust me. You really want to read, or listen to, the first two books to get the full impact of this one. I love a strong, take-charge hero and Hawk is all that and more. Alex starts out as a workaholic, driven heroine with no room in her life, but circumstances make her reevaluate that life course. Her siblings and their significant others play a part in the story too. They became a real family.
When Alex Stone's father died, she didn't shed a tear. But she cried plenty at the mess he left behind. 16-hour days were barely adequate to right everything wrong with Stone Enterprises and with the Board fighting everything Alex, Chase and Max wanted to do - who wouldn't shed a tear of frustration. A bomb threat at the company changes everything.
A corporate meet and greet turns out to be something very different and Alex meets Hawk Bronson, a paid security operative for the event. He interrupts a situation that didn't look right and makes a big impression on Alex. Neither can forget the impact of the other and when a bomb threat is leveled against Stone Enterprises and Alex in particular, she calls him to evaluate their security. Alex becomes her personal security, and these two strong personalities have an interesting transition.
Finding the person responsible for the threats leads Alex and Hawk to discover a lot of deeply held secrets concerning her father and to confirm to Alex that inheriting a multi-million-dollar company was not really a gift. Especially not when the secrets put the company and Alex in danger. Hawk knew when he first saw Alex in danger that she was going to be a whole lot more than an assignment for him. Even with his past, he was helpless when it came to the powerful feelings she aroused in him. He would do whatever it took to keep her safe.
My thanks to the Publisher and Author for providing a complimentary digital Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of this novel via NetGalley. This is my fair, honest and personal review. All opinions are mine alone and were not biased in any way.

No More Yesterdays by Catherine Bybee, book three of the Heirs series, is the gripping conclusion; this time someone wanting Alex Stone dead. With multiple twists, romance, and awesome characters, this story is filled with guesswork, conjecture, and surprises that immediately grabbled me, with a suspenseful opening that had me hooked.
Alex took over her late father's company after his passing. With the demands of her unplanned new role, Alex has come to terms with living life alone, focusing on her new career, and reshaping the hotel empire. What she didn't account for was having a target on her back which led to death threats. In comes Hawk Bronson, the bodyguard that unexpectedly protected and rescues Alex when she needed it. As the threats continue, Hawk is hired as Alex’s bodyguard, and he knows he should keep his distance; but when the tension builds and sparks fly, it might just be worth the risk. Hawk needs to work through his past trauma and be able to trust Alex. Alex needs to learn that leaning on someone doesn’t make you weak; especially when the person you lean on is a Viking.
Bybee adds in plenty of suspense and twists that you don’t really see coming. This was an action-packed romance, with the mystery of who is threatening Alex, what family secrets will be uncovered, and will Hawk and Alex be able to face their fears for a chance at something real. I literally could not stop reading this book and devoured it in one sitting. It is everything you love in a billionaire romance: touching, steamy, and you fall in love with the characters.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
