Oh the problems afflicting Alex Stone. She’s suddenly become a billionaire. Now her life is busy running her father’s business. And someone is trying to kill her. And guys don’t seem to honestly fall for rich businesswomen. SWhat’s a gal to do? Hire a hunky security guard and see if he can help protect her and fall for her at the same time.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

No More Yesterdays is the third book in The Heirs series and it drew me in right from the start!

Alex Stone assumed the CEO role at Stone Enterprises following the death of her father. She has been working with her brothers Chase and Max to ensure the company is moving forward. Given the demands of her new role, she focuses on work but doesn't have much time for a personal life outside the walls of the office. While being a female CEO is anything but easy, she did not expect to be the target of threats from just trying to do her job.

It just so happens that when Alex is at a work event she was invited to and finds herself in a less than optimal position. Lucky for her, Hawk Bronson, who was hired as extra security by the family throwing the party, happens to be there to help her out of the situation. When it becomes clear she needs more security than she has had, Hawk is the first to jump at doing the job himself.

While both Alex and Hawk have demons of their own, will they be able to put them aside to explore the attraction between them? Or will the threats end anything between them before it even begins?

I was in this story from the outset. There was great pacing, intrigue and the interactions between Alex, her brothers and their significant others added so much to the story. I am always excited to read a Cathrine Bybee book and this one was as great as all of her others!

This book is a wonderful conclusion to the Stone Family saga with Alex getting her story. Due to the issues her father created for her and her brothers, threats were made and she required the services of Hawk as a bodyguard. They fought their attraction but, of course, true love stepped in and steered them in the right direction. These two people were strong, intelligent characters who worked through a lot to solve their problems. They were well-written and the dialogue was snappy. It was also good to see her brothers and their significant others return to lend their support. Another strong submission from Ms. Bybee! Highly recommended.

This book pulled me in with its sharp mix of tension, heart, and sizzling romance. The chemistry between Alex and Hawk is absolutely electric. Their connection unfolds with a delicious slow burn that made me want to lean closer with every chapter. It’s a romance grounded in trust, respect, and a raw passion that never feels forced. Beyond the romance, the story’s layers of family secrets and threats kept me on edge. Bybee’s writing flows effortlessly, balancing suspense with tender moments that hit right in the feels. Overall , It’s the kind of book that leaves you breathless and smiling long after you’re done reading it.

Just amazing read!! The premise of the story is so well thought out and complex - there are no words to describe it. I loved every bit of this story. The twists and turns. The silliness. The laughter and above all the relationships forged. I so loved this book. Definitely one of my favorites by Catherine!

Alexandria Stone's life has been on a roller-coaster since the death of her father. Not only did she and her brother gain billions, a sprawling corporation to run and a new sibling, now it looks like they have also inherited their father's problems. Alex is finding it hard to juggle everything on her plate so when threats are made to everything she holds dear, she reluctantly agrees to some enhanced security. Thankfully Hawk is the perfect man for the job. Since he's already saved her once, it makes sense for him to become her personal bodyguard. The question is can he protect her from himself and his own past or can they find love together? Full of intrigue and romance, No More Yesterdays is an exhilerating and satisfying read.

Love this series. I believe this is the last, but fingers crossed there is more. Great characters, wonderful story, family, some suspense, and at its core love. This book is about Alex. She is dealing with running the company she never wanted from a father who was only called that by definition, trying to deal with the misogyny of being a powerful business woman, that it is highly unlikely she will find a her own happily ever after with a man and family and that the life she lived before is gone forever. What she wasn’t expecting were death threats and a target on her back. In walks Hawk, who saved her once and is now her full time bodyguard. I loved their story, the resolutions and the entire family. I am repeating myself, but I surely hope this isn’t the end of the series. I read this overnight as I couldn’t put it down!

Having enjoyed reading the first two books in the Heirs series, I looked forward to reading the third. Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for this early opportunity to do so.
A page turning romance with entwining intrigue. Who is out to kill Alex Stone and what was her estranged deceased father involved in? You will find out in the conclusion of this series. Of course there is a happy ending.

4 Stars
One Liner: This was good!
Never did Alex Stone think she would take over her father’s company. But now, as the CEO chair at Stone Enterprises, Alex puts all her energies into rebuilding the empire while dodging the attempts on her life and business, with support from her half-sibling.
Hawk Bronson is Alex’s bodyguard and determined to protect her. With his own past, he cannot afford to get close to her and increase the risk. However, this is easier said than done with their undeniable chemistry.
Alex and Hawk have to face their past, their family secrets, and threats to have a future together.
The story comes in Alex and Hawk’s third-person POVs.

My Thoughts:
After enjoying the previous book in the series, I was excited to read this one, where the story concludes and the loose ends are tied up.
However, the focus is on Alex (Alexandra), the only single Stone sibling since her brothers now have partners. The FMC is strong, independent, and determined, but as the MMC says, she has zero situational awareness.
Like the previous book, this one has a steady pace. Though it is 400 pages long, it never feels stretched out or slow. In fact, I finished it in two days flat.
The MMC is easy to like despite his grumpy exterior. He isn’t afraid to be harsh to make the FMC see the extent of danger she is in. However, he is also very protective and caring.
There are quite a few twists and developments as the story progresses. We can pretty much guess who the actual culprit is, but that’s okay since this is marketed as romance and not a mystery or suspense.
The romance track is nice and has a bit of steam. The supporting characters are a highlight and continue to enhance the storyline. The bonding between the siblings and their partners is lovely to read. No unwanted drama here.
While this still works as a standalone, I think I enjoyed it more since I read at least book #2. The central plot starts in the first book, so if you are particular about details, add all three to your TBR. It won’t take long to finish them anyway!
There’s an epilogue that nicely rounds up everything and gives a solid ending (HEA) to the entire series.

To summarize, No More Yesterdays is a fast-paced romance with a good dose of suspense and a touch of danger. It is a worthy entertainer with a bit of everything to keep you hooked. I’ll be sure to read more books by the author.
Thank you, NetGalley and Montlake, for the eARC. This review is voluntary and contains my honest opinion about the book.

This is the first book I’ve read by Catherine Bybee but it won’t be the last. I loved this book and now I want to go back and read the first two in this series. Alex is trying to run the company her late father left her but she has had threats against her life. But Hawk a security professional wants to make sure nothing happens to her. I loved the whole family and their closeness.

A wonderful end to a very enjoyable series.

This book is about Alex, who is trying her best to get to grips with running her father's hotel empire, along with her siblings, after his death. There are obviously adjustments to be made for everyone, and not all the board members are as happy with the new owners which causes tension.

There's plenty of suspense in this one, with the addition of security in the form of Hawk, after Alex receives threats on her life. They both clash, with Alex frustrated that she needs security and Hawk trying to keep her safe when she doesn't quite do as requested!

The whole of this series was extremely enjoyable, and I'm very sad to see it finish.

Really enjoyed this one. It was the first book I've read from this series and now I will for sure read the first two. Alex was this badass CEO, juggling family business and danger like a pro, even if didn’t take care of herself at all. And then Hawk showed up as the bodyguard and he was exactly the kind of calm presence she needed. Their connection was believable from the start. The family dynamics in this series was a highlight. Even after not reading the first two books, this still worked. I liked the mix of suspense and romance. The pacing was tight, and I never got bored. Thank you so much to the author and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book early. I’m sharing my thoughts voluntarily and with genuine appreciation

The third and sadly the last of this The Heirs series. I loved each and every one of the stories in this series, each had their own charm. In this one, we not only get a great love story with steamy scenes and a hunky hero, we get high stakes suspense and white collar hijinks. It made for a very entertaining unputdownable read!

Alex, as we’ve seen in the previous two books, is a workaholic, determined to direct her father’s empire and make it an enduring profitable company for the sake of all the employers that depended on them. When she’s targeted and needs a bodyguard, no one was more reluctant to toe the line. But then, enter Hawk Bronson, very experienced in dealing with dangerous situations, an expert in security, and with a Viking attitude to protect his woman with his life, yum!

The story has very convoluted financial shenanigans, international intrigue, board members strife, everything you need for a very riveting read, of the white collar type. I loved reading Hawk, thought him perfect for Alex. He’s not rich but not poor either, he wasn’t fazed with the luxury Alex lived in, and he was invaluable in defending her safety, thus endearing him to her brothers.

Fast paced, challenging, hella entertaining, this was one magnificent read!

As always, I absolutely adore the Stone children and their ethics. I love how we get multiple pov's and insight on how they feel. Alex has always had to be tough and seemed unapproachable but underneath she was a good person. The suspense and uncovering of what Aaron stone had been up to will keep you invested. Seeing the push and pull with Hawk and Alex kept me on my toes! Her finding the one was well worth the wait. Hawk was semi patient with her and only wanted what was in her best interest. I loved them for each other especially with his history. This family is all so genuine. At the end my heart melted at how Alex looks at Gaylord as a father. But the juicy is part is after so long in the book, I began to suspect the unassuming person. When it is revealed who is behind all the threats, it wasn't a surprise per say but enough of a shock to know what all they had been doing for so long. And the why behind it was crazy and was not even remotely Alex's fault. This person was unhinged. This book was a great conclusion to this series.

Another lovely read from Catherine Bybee, the only thing wrong with this book is that it is the final book in this series. It was lovely spending time with the 3 main characters in this series as they get used to being rich and finding 'that special someone'. I liked the way these final 2 met, not a very normal way of meeting. I also liked that the 'baddies' got their comeuppance!

I haven't found a bad book by Catherine Bybee, each one is a really nice read that keeps you invested in the plot and the characters, can't wait for the next one.

No More Yesterdays brings a wonderful conclusion to the Stone trio.
Alex Stone is badass in every sense of the word. She's strong, independent and fierce after taking over her father's company after his passing. Being left with a storm and many responsibilities she didn't expect to be left with she finds herself putting herself last. When it comes to her safety she's blind despite her family's desperate pleas. After a threat at the company, she is forced by her family to take on a bodyguard.

This story is great. As with all Bybee's characters, they are all wonderfully thought out and relatable, other than the billionaire aspect. The storyline is beautiful and quick to get into and read. The book was an immediate attention getter. I was hooked.

~~~ I received an ARC of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review ~~~
This is yet another great addition to the The Heirs series. This book follows the story of Alex and Hawk. Alex Stone is one of three heirs to Stone Enterprises after their father dies unexpectedly. She is a strong leader and the target of a sabotage plan.... enters her hired security guard- Hawk. This is a story of trust, family and love. I love all of Catherine Bybee's books that I've read so far- which is a lot. this book is a great grab for a vacation or day at the beach. It can be read as a stand alone if you haven't read the other books in the series yet, however, I do recommend them all from the beginning!
