I read a lot of books on this subject so it I didn’t learn anything new. However, everything in the book was presented well and the reflective exercises were appreciated. I like the focus on mindfulness as an integrated part of life rather than a cure all meditation practice. I think it’s a great resource for anyone who wants to know more about the subject. A really important topic these days.

Good advice. Inspiring. Direct and to the point as well. Didn’t just drag and give you the blah blah blah noise you hear everywhere else. It’s facts and blunt honesty with some humor.

This was such a great book! I found it very helpful and informative. There is so much great information for anyone who is experiencing burnout, experienced it in the past, or may just want to understand what burnout is. I have experienced burnout many times in the past, and the exercises and checklists in this book cover all the elements that I have experienced. I also realized that I am currently having symptoms of burnout, and I didn't even realize it. If you are curious about whether you are experiencing burnout, the early warning signs checklist is extremely helpful. I will be keeping this book with me in the future.

It’s one of the few self-help books that made me feel seen and supported.

Welp, there’s a LOT of checklists and info here. But, having info about setting SMART goals and productivity tips and the usual stuff about meditating feels trite at best and anxiety producing and counterproductive at worst.
