I was intrigued by the premise, but the execution didn’t hook me. The insta-love and pacing weren’t my cup of tea, and I ended up tapping out early. Could totally work for readers who love paranormal YA with soulmate tropes, but I wasn’t the right audience.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the chance to read it.

Absolutely adored this book! The moment the main characters touched you know they were it. The book is about true love and an unbreakable bond which is of course what every girl secretly dreams of. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves an epic love story.

This book is brilliant!

At first, I had my doubts since the beginning is a bit slow and it felt like your average teenage drama. But, as soon as the supernatural is introduced the story picks up and everything is way more exciting. The plot is actually quite intense and the whole villan family thing really puts a twist on things. I really also like that sex is constantly talked about, I mean the main characters are teenagers, but sex is not the driving point in the story and it is actually common for Aces to wait until marriage to have sex. This gives a very refreshing air to this book.
The characters are also great. Maggie, of course, as the main female lead is who we learn the most about and I quire like her. I also really like Caleb, but the other characters like Kyle, although he is suppose to be one of the good guys, I don't like that much at all. He is just an asshole really. I like how Maggie's dad grows within the story although he still isn't a super dad by any means.
All in all, this is a great book and I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

I’m not one to usually read super natural books but I was curious about this book. I’m pleased to say I loved it!

A significant is your other half, your soul mate, the person you are meant to be with, always...like seriously always if not you can suffer some lovely withdraw symptoms.

This book is just too typical.

One girl, who's human and all of a sudden this special thing, in love with her soul mate (who she just meets) has other guy in love with her and an ex who wants her back....

To make it worse Twilight mention.

This book is definitely one that fans of Twilight will like.

Unfortunately for me if I can either get my hands on a free copy or or loan of the second book I'll read book 2, why you ask? Well it ended and well it wasn't ended if you know what I mean. There's no cliffhanger just things that needed answers. If I can not find a copy free or loan-able then chances are it'll a long time until I read the next book

Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.

After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.

I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.

Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity.
Natalie.

I was super excited to read this book. Everything about the description drew me in. I enjoyed the characters voice but there sorry was a bit too insta-love for me. For teens this book definitely may hold more appeal but not for me.

I am not usually one to choose supernatural books but Significance had something about it that made me want to read and I'm so pleased I did, I enjoyed the book so much that it only took me a few days to make it through the book! The story is about a seventeen year old girl, Maggie, who ends up saving a boy Caleb from a crash which causes them to imprint and changes their lives forever.

I really enjoyed this story and think a lot of it was to do with how realistic it felt, I liked how the supernatural element of the book seemed as if it could really happen but yet it was fascinating to read and learn about at the same time as it's not just another vampire story, for example, they are Ace's and supernatural creatures which are completely new and unique to this story. I liked how the story moved at a good pace and I was always wanting to know what was going to happen next and was quite surprised throughout the book at the events that occurred.

The characters in the book are brilliant and I think this is what had me so interested in what was going on for the families. I think Maggie is a brilliant character as we got to see all the changes and emotions she's faced throughout the book and how her families life had effected her more than she may have admitted at the start. I didn't think I'd like Caleb much when we were first introduced to him but I was pleasantly surprised and it didn't take long for me to change my mind. I loved the relationship we saw with Maggie and Caleb as it was nice to see just how much they cared for each other despite the many twists and turns the story takes. Even the dad was such a vital part of the story and I think it's great that we got to see him change and reflect on his actions whilst being very fatherly and protective over his daughter making the story seem so realistic and relatable to read.

I loved reading this story, it really surprised me but I can't wait to read more from this author in the future. Even if you are not a fan of supernatural books this is definitely one I would recommend!

Couldn’t really get into this one.
Story began well and flowed nicely, I just wasn’t super enthused about the book as a whole.

Full review to follow!

Quick thoughts:
- The incredibly high ratings and positively glowing reviews that this book has received truly baffle the hell out of me. Seriously, did we all read the same book?
- This is insta-love at its worst and most toxic.
- Stereotypically, ridiculously perfect male characters who fight over the ~*special snowflake*~ and drop-dead-gorgeous-but-denies-it main character.
- One of the guys is creepily obsessed with his cousin's soulmate.
- The plot was awful, jumpy, messy, and really just what-the-fuck-is-going-on???
- One-third of this book is comprised of make out scenes.
- Romanticizing toxic relationships where men "have control" of women (i.e. after imprinting, women are ~*magically bound*~ to need verbal permission from their soulmates in order to leave a room).
- Reinforces so many harmful stereotypes.
- Terrible, terrible writing.
- I hated this more than I hated Twilight.

I loved this book! I really adore books like these. A gorgeous male protagonist, a kickass female protagonist, action, fantasy and a whole lot of romance. I love the whole imprinting thing, reminds me of twilight but I loved that this was different yet amazing at the same time.

This was an enjoyable read. The story was really good because I was really intrigued by the concept of imprinting. Also, I thought the romance portion of the story was well-written. I did wish that the story had a bit more of a faster pace, but it did not lessen my enjoyment while reading this book. I really liked Maggie and Caleb. Their relationship was very sweet. I thought that they had great chemistry. The other characters were great as well. I thought the ending was great. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the series turns out. Overall, a great read.

I loved everything about this book! I could not get enough of it!

Twilight, Twilight and Twilight all over the place. I just hope they paid copyright to Stephanie Meyer. Imprinting? At least they could give him another name!
This is the typical story of the poor thing that the mother abandoned her and the father blamed herself and her for that.
At first I even thought that there was a lack of originality from one end to the other.
In Chapter II the main character proved so dependent on Caleb that I stood behind him. I did not think it was the fault of imprinting. Despite that I liked the part where she touch for the first time in Caleb, but even then it seemed to be more of the same.
I think in this kind of books, there should be a fanfic warning, because if I wanted to read Twilight again I would read it, since I have the Stephanie Meyer books. Shelly Crane ends up picking up the various pieces of the original and mixing it up, eliminating the vampiric strand (despite referring to it) and replacing it with this version of the werewolves. They are not werewolves, but they have the imprinting with vampire powers - summing up like that all of a sudden. Here the question is that this mix even ends with the time to get involved and we end up liking. The descriptions are well made and the dialogues are well managed, which even in English, very easy to translate and follow, which leads us to read this book as seeing a movie.
In the end, my reaction was, "Then there was a continuation and they did not tell me anything? Now when the situation is over, do you put your brother, who is very welcome, and Kyle's bastard?"
I have already realized that they have eliminated, for the time, being the bad guys of the other family and who now have the replacement for the Jackson family. Honestly, I've never like him, especially now that he's all resentful of fate and cousin.
What I like best about this work is that the author did not make Caleb an emotional tweak, as Stephanie Meyer did with Edward. Caleb is sympathetic, but at the same time accepts neither thoughts nor attitudes less proper about his girlfriend. Saying this, this one will have much work with the own cousin, that does not hide neither thing nor another.
As for Bish, it was too bad that she did not let him touch Jane, because she was sure to get a wonderful imprinting out of there!
By way of conclusion, this work is that kind that enervates us in the beginning by the many resemblances that it has with others that we already read. We re-averted our eyes a few times, but when the author begins to develop some points, to create them in her own way and to develop them in order to grab us and still adding her fluid writing and her way to the dialogues, creating something that pays to read even when it gives us so many deja vu.
The next book, by this time is already halfway, and the rest are already in the library of Kobo, which only shows how much I liked.

I was hoping to really enjoy this one, It drag a little here and there and it has the insta love feels.
This was my first Shelly Crane story, I found the writing was good and the characters were enjoyable to read about, but I don't like the push and pull of them I cant be with you concept!

Overall 3,5-4 stars.

I'm a sucker for anything that has to do with soul mates or instant "bonds" or the like, especially in fanfic. While the "villains" in this book were a bit over the top, overall it was good. I should have figured it was a series, so it looks like I'll be hunting down the rest to read.
