Wow. I have been looking at Goyoaga’s Cannelle et Vanille for years and when I saw this ARC up for grabs I had to get my hands on it. I just read through a majority of the book and it’s beautiful. It’s very thorough on how gluten-free baking differs from traditional baking and provides such an in depth explanation about the tools and ingredients needed to create the best outcome. I will update my review once I have tried and tested some of the ingredients, but I am so excited already. The photos are beautiful and I love that many of the recipes come with variations to show how versatile these core bread and pastry recipes can be!
