Love the time travel-second chance story. Love the messiness of life and love in the story. It's romantic and sad and tragic....
Thanks to the publisher for the arc.

Kristen Dwyer has done it again with IN TIME WITH YOU. I stayed up way too late to finish this because I was so captivated with Nieve’s story. And then I dreamt about it. This story of grief and finding yourself and what’s right for you is one that stays with you long after you finish.
So Deeply emotional that I think every person who reads can find something about it that resonates with them.
The writer you are Kristen!

Thank you to St. Martin’s Press and Kristen Dwyer for providing this ARC from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
I waffled between 4 or 5 stars and landed on 5 stars by the ending of the book.
Why 4 stars? Because I got a bit tired of Nieve’s constant wishy washy-ness but that also felt unfair and judgy on my part because Nieve is overall just trying to figure it out and sort out life. I think it was more of an issue with dramatic irony. I knew she was coming to the obvious wrong conclusions and was frustrated it wasn’t obvious to the character. The book was also very slow in the middle towards the end but it was worth continuing as by the end the slow bits pay off.
Why 5 stars? Because in the end everything ties together. The wishy washy-ness was necessary character exploration to reach a very satisfying conclusion. I think I learned something about having to tolerate my own feelings of discomfort and annoyance in order to allow a character to have room to be annoying and trusting in the author to show the character growth that makes a story worth it.
A great story helps the reader figure out something insightful about themselves or what they want. I feel a bit more emotionally capable after reading this book which makes it a 5 star worthwhile read.

First & foremost, thank you to St. Martin’s Press, NetGalley & Kristin Dwyer for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I picked this book up for the description, You’ve Reached Sam absolutely and utterly destroyed me. I’ve been craving something that makes me feel like that. This book was the perfect solution.
Beautifully messy & devastatingly human, I fell in love from page one. Even now, as I type out this review, I just want to read it again and again. The fear, the blame, the misunderstanding & the longing I felt with every word Nieve was thinking, every action. Absolutely top tier. Max was…everything. I would save him a thousand times over if I had to.
It’s a story about love, loss and family relationships. Second chances & finding the one. I absolutely fell in love with this book, Dwyer’s writing, and the story. As I said, beautifully messy & devastatingly human.
