A very interesting graphic novel exploring the life of Eileen Blair, wife and partner of George Orwell, who was a writer and intellectual in her own right but whose work was too often made secondary to Orwell's. I didn't realize Orwell was even married, so learning about his wife was fascinating. Orwell himself does not come off well at all, repeatedly depicted as a philandering narcissist and, eventually, drunk. I'm interested in researching more about Eileen Blair to find out how accurate this graphic novel is.
