This book is great for kids but also makes you think as an adult. I love that! all of the activities are great and interactive, I also love the reflective aspect of this. It would be a great part of a homeschool curriculum. The activities are great and encourage creative play and imaginative play. The chapter on forgiveness is a lesson that everyone needs a good brush up on. And I love the fact this is included. Teaching not only kindness but being humble and forgiving too. Great life lessons for a kids book!

"How to Be Kind" shares steps and strategies of being kind. There are also journal prompts and activities which bring these strategies to life!
I really appreciate how the author brings attention to being kind, and how in order to bring kindness to others you must also focus on yourself!
