This is a cute book showing the eponymous poses with the pictures of cow, cat, boat, bridge whatever matches the pose. If you have heard of cosmic kids yoga or tried it on your kids, you will know, how its easy for them to do the yoga, with some characters weaved in. The author makes a good case for the need and benefits of yoga for little kids.

A fun alphabet book that encourage them to be active and practice all the yoga poses shown in its pages.
