this was a very uneventful and boring book. At least in my personal life, it is very untrue. It was a very aggravating list. It says that homosexuality is a sin, which triggered me.

I thought that this would be a really eye-opening piece on sex for Christian girls. But, to be honest, it's not. One of the lines includes, "My hope is to equip you to win the battle for your chastity and be a virgin bride for your husband."

This, sadly, goes completely against my views, and therefore I DNF'd the book pretty early on. I tried to carry on a fair few times, but it's so against everything I believe that I would rather leave a review with no stars, as I am CLEARLY not the expected audience (as it was, I had to give it a star rating, so I went for a middling 3)! Also, I believe that the author should have researched some more, although admittedly I am writing this review having not read the book fully; she writes, "I do not consider myself an expert on the topic of sex," and yet is writing a book about sex.

As someone who is questioning their religion, this book is really not for me; but if someone, a devout Christian, is looking for a book on sex, perhaps this is for them. I am very open about sex, and believe that, if they want to, people should have sex for the sheer joy of it. But this book suggests that women are to enjoy sex and to have babies. Whilst the book iterates that abortion, sex out of marriage, and even adultery does not make you a 'bad' person (although, in the latter, they can be hurtful), I really don't think it's for me!

Sorry, I just couldn't get into this one. I tried, but finally gave up.
