This is a very short book about a relationship and the demise of it. It starts in two different years (once when the meet and years later, when Corrinne drunk dials James) and alternately moves between the two narratives with the occasional, but somewhat odd paragraph from an omniscient narrator.

I wasn't sure about the book - it was okay, but when I checked, I was over 30% of the way through it on a kindle. I'm not sure if it even two hours to read, which was the perfect time to spend with these characters.

Interesting and entertaining read about the journey through changes and choices made in life. Like the story flow and characters. Good read.

This one would be a good mindless beach read, but that's the extent of the enjoyment I got out of it. First of all, the title has very little to do with the story other than the fact that the main character, Corrine, enjoys tulips and received them at certain times in her life from various people. It was a fairly short book, at 125 print pages, but I frequently found myself losing interest and drifting off.

Idol's characters were likable but one thing, in particular, irked me. The chapters switch back and forth between two main characters, which is fine, but they also switch between first- and third-person, making it hard to follow. If you're looking for a quick (not-sickening) romance, you might enjoy this.
