Sadly this book was archived before I could download to read it. It has been added to my TBR and I’ll keep an eye out for it again in the future or at my local library.

Tons of useful information and ideas here, backed up by the scientific reasoning for what causes acne and how these actions can help solve it. There is so much that I had to take notes as I read the book -- but that is a good thing! I hope to use this knowledge to help my children navigate the teen years without too much drama from acne. I wish I'd had this book when I was growing up!
