An interesting fantasy horror novel, i liked the setting and the way it was written not something I’ve read before and I’m sure i will try something like it again

Maybe I'm simply too familiar with all the myths surrounding the Countess of Bathory, I was far too bored by all the explanation in this book. It assumed you'd never thought about blood cults and rendered the occult elements dull but why would someone who was so unfamiliar, pick up this book? Not for me, I'm afraid.

You will like this if you like gory horror stories with violence toward women, cults, and conspiracies. It wasn't for me and I did not finish. Thanks to amazon for bringing world literature in translation to English language readers.
