I bookmarked so many recipes to try - the variety of healthy bread recipes along with decadent recipes (sweet potato chocolate chip - yes, please!) make this a must for any cookbook shelf. It's nice to have a baking cookbook that puts vegetables, fruits, and herbs at the forefront of the recipes. We're probably already baking this way but this book will really help us appreciate the difference these ingredients make when used with respect. There's something for everyone here.
