This book is an excellent for both those just getting started in body weight training and those looking for an addition to their routine. the pictures are beautiful, the descriptions are easy to follow. Its a bit light on explaining the workouts it provides-who should use it, when, but it does an excellent job of categorizing movements by type, area of the body worked as well as how difficult it it. There's also a couple pages of inspiration for self improvement, including a great introduction to the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen and how to apply it to fitness.
A step by step guide to making the world around you your gym in such a way that anyone, at any fitness level, can start the journey shortly after reading.
