It is full of practical advice and viewpoints on some of the next move that one should have or should be planning for.
Some of Lori's advice are cutting edge and no longer bounded by the old age thinking of being loyalty to the company.
If you are having doubts about pledging your loyalty to a company in today's age, this book is worth a read.
