Everyday Bible Promises for Women

I've been testing out this devotional for a few weeks and Ive really enjoyed it! It's short, concise messages lift up the spirit and give you a fresh dose of encouragement. Each devotion gives you scripture, a message, and a prayer. These are not long and don't dive too deep, they are perfect as 'snack size' devotionals to use periodically throughout your day to keep your head and heart in the right place. With topics such as Wisdom, Faith, Prayer, Encouragement, Love, Joy, and more - there is something for every woman to draw encouragement from. This devotional will be out in September! I loved the way this author used not one but two daily scriptures to encourage prayer and devotion throughout your day. I loved being able to go back at the end of the day to reflect on the promises and scripture that I read the beginning of my day. To be renewed each day, as a woman, with encouragement and promises was a true gift. This book would make a great gift for those new to devotional readings as well as those who already are connected with scripture in that way.

This book gives you two daily scriptures to encourage prayer and devotion for your day. You are able to go back at the end of the day and reflect on the promises of the scriptures that you read in the beginning of the day. As a woman you are renewed each and everyday. This book would make a great gift for those new to devotional readings and those that are already with scripture readings.

With a host of wonderful topics, these short, concise devotionals are uplifting and filled with encouragement for each new day. Each devotional has a scripture, a short message and a prayer. A great way to start out your morning or the perfect pick me up in the midst of a busy day, these faith building devotions are geared toward every woman and would also be a great gift!

Finding devotional books are that are interesting, useful and encouraging are a wonderful thing. This is one is just such a book and I recommend it. It is beautifully written and well designed. When you enjoy your daily devotional this book is a perfect way to help study God's Word and spend time relaxing as well. It gives me some time to think and have something I know I will enjoy each day -- it is a time I already have set aside. I especially enjoy that it includes two scriptures as many books such as this only have one so this is extra helpful or encouraging for me. It is an wonderful book for every day of the year with a variety of topics included too..

The Everyday Bible Promises for Women Devotional is short, with to the point sections corresponding to the daily Bible verses. Each day features one to two paragraphs, two Bible verses and a prayer illustrating the day’s topic. The topics are wide and varied and include areas such as hope, faith, rest and trials, to name a very few.

I liked how the end of the devotional broke the study down into the books of the Bible that were highlighted, beginning with Genesis, and gave the days that corresponded to each of the passages. However, I would have liked to have an index giving each day separately, too.

The Everyday Bible Promises for Women is a perfect companion devotional for those hectic, can’t seem to catch up days.
