It's always great when you find a book that is useful on the professional level and a pleasant read at the same time.
This is one of those books!
I'm working in L&D and it gave me plenty of ideas to apply.
A useful, engaging and interesting read.
Highly recommended!
Many thanks to Kogan Page and Netgalley for this ARC

In his new book, Digital Learning in Organizations: Help your Workforce Capitalize on Technology, Steve Wheeler examines how technology has assisted learning and development in the past, discusses how it can be leveraged in the present, and gives a glimpse of what is to come in the future.
Steve addresses how the exponential acceleration of technological change has impacted entire sectors of industry, and how continuous personalized learning is a must for individuals and organizations to compete amidst these changes. He notes that, “…at a fundamental level, the process of learning never changes. But the means through which we learn are constantly changing…”.
This book does an excellent job in examining the intersecting paths of learning and digital technology. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to be better informed on such an important topic.
