This book would be very useful for someone in a project management role that wants to improve their leadership skills. It doesn't try to give you a specific approach or framework, but instead a shift in mindset to become a leader.

There's a lot of good information in this guide on how to be a leader rather than just a project manager, and I plan to implement quite a bit of this in my work. Very insightful advice on how to communicate with and motivate not only team members, but project stakeholders as well. I'd like to give this book to everyone in a management role!
