Choose Kindness: 3-Minute Devotions for Teen Girls

This was the perfect book for my 12yo daughter who is about to start high school.

It is inspiring, sweet and encouraging and has many wise teachings amongst the pages, It includes a scripture, devotions and questions for consideration. It is extremely religious and my daughter did mention that she skipped a few of the prayers at the ends of each topics.

We couldn't read alot of the headings as our copy had the text cut off.

'You never know the impact an act of kindness or obedience has on those around you'
'Rather than hold a grudge, lovingly try to reconcile with the person who hurt you'.

Some great advice that we teach in our daily lives, There are around 180 devotions.

I love this book about kindness, children need to learn how beautiful they can be just by being kind to one and other. This world is full of children that are hurting and bullying is a major problem this days. The change has to start in our home by teaching our children to be kind. I think this book will not only help the way our children treat others but it will also help them treat their selves with kindness. To much pressure is being brought upon our children, they need to know how to be kind to their body, mind and heart. 
A great book with short text for each day, a Bible verse and a prayer, small steps for great changes.
