A terrific collection of moon-related and miscellaneous Peanuts comic strips, including some early 1950s comics. Highly enjoyable! |

ARC: Snoopy: First Beagle in Space is filled with different comic strip stories featuring everyone from Peanuts! Snoopy: First Beagle in Space is exactly what you would hope for from the Peanuts gang. You see Lucy giving out psychiatric help to Charlie Brown. Also what is the story without Sally professing her love to her sweet Baboo! I loved reading this book! It was a very easy read and it was short enough to read in one sitting. I highly recommend this book! It will make the perfect holiday gift to a family member or friend. However, you better buy two because once you get it you will want to keep one for yourself! |

ARC Copy...despite what I was expecting from the space tag...very few (except for beginning and end) strips actually deal with the space race + excessive STEM subjects instead more on slice of life/bad luck strips characteristic of Schulz's story telling, which I loved. |

Typical Peanuts comic. Not much to say about it, they have been out there for years, even decades and they are still there and they respect their usual style and works in every way! You know what you get into! |

...cozy, snuggeling Wintertime -Snow outside, sitting at my grandparents house and waiting for Santa Claus - and Snoopy with Friends! One of my favorite Memories of my childhood! If you need a laugh in the morning read it whole you eat breakfast - because the comic strips and the Story are/is not a big portion =) a few pages before you head out to work... nice layout, nice drawings, what else to say? Enjoy it I did almost the same Review for Book 11 - but I had the same feeling while reading, so why not using the same =) I loved it and I always will love Snoopy .... and I am a big fan of Outer Space =) Note 1-2 or A |

I love Snoopy! I grew up with him & have been trying to get a younger cousin to love it too! This was just as fun as any other story with Snoopy, and reminded me of my childhood! |

Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang have long been favorites of mine. This new collection brings back so many fond memories and lets me explore a little more as Snoopy and Charlie Brown live a little more. This volume in particular seemed right on target with what I remember while still feeling new and exciting. I don't think there will ever be a time when I can't sit down and enjoy Peanuts. It has a way of making me feel young and comforted. |

4,5 Stars Only the first couple of strips (ok, quite a lot) deal with Snoopys dream of being the first dog on the moon. But since I slightly prefer the ones with Charlie Brown and his friends anyway, that was very ok for me. If several strips tell a continuing story - even better. And a lot of stories fit between 176 pages! I have always loved Lucy and her witty responses. But in this collection I have to say I also grew very fond of Sally. She is so admirably naive. At the very end, we also learn about the connection between Snoopy, the Peanuts and the Moon. The command module and the lunar module of Apollo 10 were named Charlie Brown and Snoopy respectively. A fun fact I didn't know before! (Review will be shared on various websites on publication of the book) |

Who doesn't like Charlie Brown and the characters of Snoopy. Often we find ourselves in the personalities described from one or more of the characters in the story. It might be the overbearing, mean spirited, but not sure why she is so critical Lucy. It could be the over-whelmed, self-conscious, always doubting himself Charlie, or the innovated, who cares what others think, independent (while secretly dependent) Snoopy. This book is full of some of the best strips of Snoopy and the gang as they explore and understand each other and themselves better. Through Snoopy you learn how to explore, how to imagine things such as going into space. You learn how to treat others nicely. 2019 was the 50th anniversary of Apollo 10 which used Charlie Brown and Snoopy for call signs! So it was fitting to commemorate that with this book! |

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing this book in exchange for an honest review. Despite the theme of the title being about space, most of the cartoons aren't about space. But that's okay because who doesn't love Snoopy and his friends?! This book has a lot of funny classic comics. |

A fun collection of Peanuts cartoons, largely themed around space and the moon, this book was great fun to read. I’ve been a Peanuts fan since I was a child, so any collection of the cartoons is a win for me. I really enjoyed reading this book, the pages are colourful and laid out in a way that is easy to read. The book also has a selection of fun space facts at the back, followed by some older Peanuts cartoons that are related to the topic. I’d definitely recommend this book to Peanuts fans, and anyone looking for a fun collection of cartoons. I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. |
