Give me this devotional anytime! Every one needs this devotional on their nightstands for devotional time. This book is gorgeous to look at and the way it was organised was such a blessing. I love how the book was laid out and river into sections with different topics , scripture and a short reflection. Can you imagine a book with prayer prompts *sob*. This book is for everyone who struggles to have time with God and stay on that prayer too. I am pretty sure this book will be amazing as a gift to someone. Huge thanks to th publisher for my ARC

#The Prayer Map Devotional# by Donna K. Malese is a Christian living book. This book is a practical and helpful tool for the Christian. The author gives a scripture passage. The author then gives a devotional reading. The author applies the passage to prayer. There is also room to journal. personal thoughts and reflections. This book is good for a personal quiet time. The daily reflections do not take long. The author makes the devotionals personal and practical. This book was given to me by the author and publisher to read and review. The opinions are my own. Thank you to the author , netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to read and review the book. I will post my review on Bookbub, my blog, Goodreads, facebook and for the church staff.

I've read so much about prayer mapping, joined groups to help me navigate learning how to do it. The pages outlining the steps for prayer mapping have been really helpful in guiding my mapping journey and the categories (things I'm worried about, what I need, things I need to share with God) have allowed me to go a little deeper in my thinking about my prayer life. As with all things, you're going to get out of this what you put in. But I noticed that as I progressed in the book and spent more time just being quiet, my prayer life - and my ability to vocalize my needs in prayer, has increased.

( received complimentary e-book for review )
For quite awhile, I have been collecting devotionals, as I like to rotate thru rather than stick with the same one from cover to cover. The Prayer Map Devotional has opened up additional time for me to spend with God. Will be implementing this devotional into a weekly session. I found the writing to be very moving and worthy of further study. Will consider gifting copies of this during the holiday season.

Beautfiul book, well laid out and the perfect resource to enhance your prayer life.
Thanks to NetGalley for a free ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Definitely more suited to hardcopy than e-book, I'm very grateful for a chance to read through this Prayer Map devotional. Each chapter/week has an important theme, 5 short devos, and a place for writing/mapping out your prayers. I especially enjoyed the use of different translations in different places. That it isn't all one version adds richness.
If I had to pick, my favorite week was probably the one on Psalm 23, and the Good Shepherd. I have more passages highlighted there than anywhere else.
I received an advance copy of this book from #NetGalley, and chose to review it here. All thoughts are my own.

I found The Prayer Map Devotional by Donna Maltese to be just what I was looking for. It’s informative and yet full of space for you to experience times of prayer with God. It started me out with a great lesson on the Who, What, Where, When, Why of prayer. That one just really was special to me because of the Inductive approach carrying over to prayer. (I’m an addict of Inductive Bible Study as student and teacher, so this just screamed loudly at me.) That as just the beginning and it just built from there. I loved the set up and the packed devotions that were small but boundless. Yes, to this one!

Another winner from the author. I have not read a book by this author I did not like. Well put together devotional. You cannot go wrong with this or any devotional from this author. Thanks to Netgalley, the author and the publisher for the ARC of this book in return for my honest review. Receiving this book in this manner had no bearing on my review.
