Merry Jane's The CBD Solution: Sex

This is a great guide for anyone new to the world of CBD products (as I am). I am from a very conservative community, and haven't had the opportunity to learn much about these products. This is an easy to follow guide for beginners or pros. PLUS I love the idea of having more sexual guides in the library (because abstinence education is not sexual education, sorry world).

A sexy and fun book about CBD infused sex, perfect for the sexually adventurous and the couple looking to spice up their sex life.

CBD and sexual wellness are often taboo topics that don't deserve a bad rap. Merry Jane's The CBD Solution: Sex wonderfully weaves the two topics together and allows the reader to feel comfortable regardless of your sexual preference or relationship status. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning about the benefits of CBD in their sexual health.

I read this with the companion Merry Jane's The CBD Solution: Wellness and found them both to be very interesting reads. As a long-time advocate for legalizing marijuana, this is the kind of book I love to see. There are so many health benefits to CBD that we are just now starting to learn about, and I am glad to see more studies emerging. Like its companion book, this book had lots of fun recipes and how-tos, as well as infographics, articles, and history facts surrounding Marijuana. But my personal favorite part of this book are the recipes for CBD lube and cocktails! Citing scientific facts and studies throughout the book made this book as educational as it was pleasurable. This would make a fun gift for a bachelorette party, for your partner, or even just for yourself!

Ehh this book was perfectly fine. Very informative but lost my interest halfway through. It could have easily been broken into a series of blog posts, rather than a book to be honest.
