This book is a clear and concise way to manage the efforts of others! A No Brainer for any Management Trainee program!! Mr. Zehnder has broken down what the Bible has been teaching us for years, and makes it work, both Secular and Non-Secular.Not only does the book teach, it also inspires managers to do there best! I've incorporated Mr. Zehnder's philosophy and teachings not only into my classroom atmosphere as a teacher, but also as a Scout Leader and Coach. This book is awesome and an easy read. Check it out!

Good read. I especially liked the holistic approach to leadership and demonstration of how professional and personal leadership go hand in hand in order to be effective. The scripture references were factual and refreshing without being overwhelming. I highly recommend this book.

Troy has a great way of putting into words what we are seeing before our eyes. filled with hope for a future, written with accurate use of common used terms. At the price per book, i would highly suggest using this as a jumping point for small circles of discussion groups whether in a church atmosphere or elsewhere; this easy to follow and delightfully written book is from Troy's heart. Cannot wait for the next book"
