Disclosure: I received a copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. This has in no way affected my review of the novel.

Farrah loves her boyfriend Justin, but he tends to find her a little too … something. A little too garish. A little too edgy. A little too kitschy with her short spiked hair, handmade mittens, and eccentric style.

But Farrah is beyond excited to help Justin in his fledgling career as a photographer by arranging his work to be seen by her employer. The yearly corporate holiday party is just what they need to bring her and Justin closer, in Farrah’s mind. I mean, the next step could be moving in together!

Until, that is, Farrah catches Justin alone, with a model, whispering intimacies to her.

Fleeing from the party, Farrah stumbles into a bar and meets Caleb, a hot as heck student who just happens to think she’s the most beautiful creature in the world. One hot night of passion has Farrah questioning everything about her life.

And one lost mitten has Caleb questioning everything about his.

This was an adorably fun and sexy romp of a read! I loved Farrah right off and could identify with her. She loves deeply and feels passionately about life while staying true to her eclectic nature. And I was so over Justin the very first time I met him within these pages, so boy, bye.

I, however, loved Caleb with his sexy dark blond locks and easy acceptance of Farrah.

This book reminded me a bit of a modern Cinderella twist but with a focus on a lost mitten rather than a shoe. I ended up reading this in just one sitting, because I couldn’t bear to stop.

While I’m not giving away any spoilers, I will say I was delighted by the ending. This was a quirky but enjoyable read that satisfied an immediate need in me, kind of like eating an apple dumpling with ice cream in a diner in the middle of the night on a whim when you want something just a little different.

Don’t pass it by!

This was a quick, fun, light, sexy read. Just what I needed after reading so many psychological thrillers. It was well-written, had a great storyline with likable characters. It was short but still entertaining.

Thank you to Netgalley, BooksGoSocial and Chloe Holiday for a copy of "Finders, Keepers" in exchange of an honest review.

This was a fun, enjoyable story with really good main characters.
I didn't like Farrah's boyfriend Justin though. For someone who loves her he sure was busy trying to change her. He didn't really like her fun, funky appearance and ways. I on the other hand did enjoy them. He appeared to be subtle about it but he really wasn't. Someone described him as a douche and it really seemed to fit. Also pretentious was mentioned and that seemed to be right on. I wasn't rooting for him at all. Farrah definitely deserved better. And the more I read about Caleb, he sure seemed to be the better man.
Caleb sure was a hardworking, honorable man who is gobsmacked when he met Farrah. I liked that he was holding two part time jobs as he continued his studies. He sure was more appreciative of Farrah than Justin was. In both his words and his actions.
There is miss after miss when it comes to the times that Caleb and Farrah try to catch up with each other. The one missing mitten made me smile and think it was reminiscent of Cinderella and her left behind shoe. It didn't overtake the story though which I felt was good.
I liked how the story ended with a well deserved H.E.A.

This was a really cute story about missed connections, trusting yourself and second chances. It’s got a sweet slow build to the story and was a fun easy read. I loved their sms exchanges & the fact Caleb wasn’t your usual arrogant player with an attitude. Nice change of pace.

Disclaimer: I received this ARC in exchange for an unbiased review.

Finders, Keepers is touted as a "fast, fun novella: a sexy modern Cinderella story with a dash of humor, plenty of spice, and NO CLIFFHANGERS!" on the NetGalley website. I would agree that it really is all that, though Holiday plants a seed of doubt as to the veracity of the happily-ever-after ending, encouraging readers to continue on to the set-in-Greece sequel.

This was my first Chloe Holiday book, and the novella was a quick, light, fun read, perfect for a weekend. The characters weren't too over the top but seemed nearly believable. Of course there is a bad boyfriend, a put upon girlfriend, and a guy who is almost too good to be true. The latter two obviously must have a meet cute. The sex is steamy but not raunchy, there is a hint of maybe this is for real from the beginning, and it's all in good fun.

Romance isn't my usual go-to genre; I tend to read it when I don't want to get bogged down in anything too heavy. This was good enough that I'll read more of Holiday's work and look for other, similarly light romance fare in the future.

Finders, Keepers by Chloe Holiday is a stand-alone intro book to The Helios Series. This is a novella has fun, drama, humor, and sexy points in the story. This is Caleb and Farrah’s story. Caleb discovers it is love at first sight, but Farrah is gone the next morning. The two have a hard time finding each other as only first names were exchanged. They find each again accidently, and each are full of doubts that the one night meant more to each other. The book was well written and was a good story. I enjoyed it and recommend it. Thanks to Netgalley for the advanced copy of the book so I could give my honest opinion.

A Sexy, Delightful Treat!

I LOVE this story! The pace is fast and fun, and I adore the wordplay, which is clever but not intrusive or self-conscious. The characters are well-fleshed out, even the side characters, like the cook, the flower shop lady, and the friends of the hero and heroine, as well as the dirtbag boyfriend.

The sex scenes are steamy but not porny or crass, and I loved that they reflected the characters, rather than being like every other sex scene ever written.

This is a second-chance, missed connections story that's relatable, as is the gaslighting Farrah gets from her boyfriend.

It's a fast, wonderful read! I finished it in one setting and turned around and read it again. I can't wait to read more of her work!

Farrah is girly-girl and I love her spunk.

Chloe Holiday draws an enjoyable tale in Finder's Keepers that runs with my favourable theme, food.
It is a chance happening but when Caleb and Farrah meet I begin to root for them and I am sure Farrah's friend roots for them too.
A well written book and an enjoyable read.

Fantastic writing ,witty ,engaging dialogue and a likable hero makes this an excellent pastime.Gullible heroine, duplicity, missed connections, conniving concierge and detestable supporting character Justin are the less savory parts of this story, but in no way detracted from the enjoyment of it.Hilarity and sensitivity surrounding the care of Little Fizz.Just have to say that the illustration was less interesting than the book and cost it one star.Loved this one, thank you Netgalley.

I received a complimentary copy of Finders Keepers in exchange for an honest review. What a great way to spend an afternoon. I loved the plot, and Farrah & Caleb were just as fun. It's so refreshing to read about real life characters with day jobs vs the billionaire romances. The author did a great job slowing the romance pace down and making Farrah and Caleb work for it. Caleb is actually a dream come true. He really liked Farrah, and it was fun to read about the little things he did just for her. Just a good read all around. I'd definitely recommend this book to friends and family.

Farrah is attending a work holiday party with her boyfriend and thinks she catches her boyfriend cheating so she quickly leaves the party. Farrah winds up going into a random bar to escape some rude men outside. At that bar is where she meets Caleb. Next thing you know Farrah and Caleb are hooking up, but afterwards while Caleb is sleeping Farrah talks to her boyfriend and is convinced it was all a misunderstanding. Farrah sneaks out with some of Caleb's clothes, but also leaves behind a mitten. Over the next few days Caleb is desperate to find Farrah, worried that he did something wrong that made her leave even though they seemed to have a great connection.

I really enjoyed reading this book, I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could! This is the first book in the series that I have read so far, but it was enough to pull me into the story and want to continue the series. I will definately be continuing in the series!

Cute story!!

When Farrah catches her photographer boyfriend, Justin, in a compromising position with one of his models at Farrah's company Christmas party; she walks out. She's convinced that he's cheating on her and she's done with him. She's so upset that she leaves the party without her winter coat in the snow. She decides to walk and ends up in a questionable neighborhood and gets harassed by a strange man, so she goes into the closest bar. There she meets Caleb.

Caleb is a student at Georgetown University studying Architecture on a scholarship. He was just getting ready to leave the bar to go home to study and get up for one of his 2 jobs. That plan immediately dies when Farrah walks in without a coat, scared to death. He literally loses his breath when he sees the blonde hair, blue eyed beauty. He ends up taking her for coffee and pie, and because their chemistry is so intense, Farrah goes home with him.

After an amazing, passionate night together Caleb falls asleep expecting her to be there when he wakes up. Meanwhile, Farrah checks her phone and sees all the text messages from Justin and calls him. He gives her a logical explanation for his actions and she buys it; but she feels guilty for what she just did. So she sneaks out of Caleb's place in his sweatpants and sweatshirt, accidentally dropping her glove.

Caleb wakes up upset that she left, but he finds her glove. He doesn't have her last name or a phone number to call her. Farrah notices that her glove is gone and goes back to Caleb's looking for it. She even leaves a note with his concierge, but the girl never gives him the note because she likes him.

Now it's Valentine's Day and Justin comes in early to Caleb's second job, for dinner. When Caleb happens to overhear his conversation that he's cheating on his girlfriend with someone else because his girlfriend has the right connections he needs, he's disgusted. When Farrah walks in, Caleb's shocked that she's the girlfriend he's been talking about. Should he warn her?

Will these two ever reconnect?

A cute, must read!
