What is better to be tolerant or agile to cultural differences? The importance lays in being agile and adaptive to different cultures and different perceptions of the world. People to are agile to other cultures are more likely to succeed in international career. Curiosity is one of the ways to develop cultural agility. Ring resilient is another one. This book is easy to read and help to think of you personally as a person who can grow personally with understanding other cultures and drive international career with accepting world's diversity.
