This book had so much packed into it. Enjoyed it and definitely going to use its wisdom. Great book! Thanks to author, publisher and Netgalley for the chance to read this book. While I got the book for free, it had no bearing on the rating I gave it.
I really enjoyed this book and wanted to read it from beginning to end without putting it down. I have read most books from this author and find her to be very knowledgable and sincere in her mission to help others. I gave this book 4 stars because I am not in 100% agreement with everything I read (which may be how I interpreted what was written), but I highly recommend this book to others. I love the videos.
Laura Harris Smith’s Give It to God and Go to Bed is a well-written, uplifting book. In times of trouble and stress, we find ourselves not being able to sleep well. The author advises readers to step back and turn our troubles over to God. Full of tips and advice on how to get rid of anxiety, Smith’s book will be a book I return to often.

From tips on calming the chaos in your bedroom to calming the chaos in your mind. This is a great quick easy read!
