I read this book today and loved how easy it was to remind myself of the aspects of project management that would ensure a successful outcome. I loved the section on key points to remember and in short sentences at the end of each topic, I could easily jot down notes on key things like planning, meetings (oh and with the pandemic this is such a crucial matter), and down to objectives.
Anyone who has tasks and a team to manage could benefit from the insights shared in this book.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.

The book is so good with a lot of things to learn, understand and practice. Getting the Job done has given various examples to handle the team members and how to work as a team with good understanding, collaboration, commitment, take feedbacks, treating each other in the team well and explaining the project to each other and helping each other and how to bring the balance and success to your firm with good teamwork.,

I liked the example of what happens in vegas stays with vegas for retrospective meetings where everyone is treated equally and remarks will not be shared with management as what happens in meetings stays in meetings.

Another example about Jimmy Carter and the translator's mistake that made a great noise and news around for how communication and the clarity and use of words are important.

There are a lot of examples from different parts of the world, like Mao and his vision without detail and its effects and Martin Luther Jr. I really enjoyed and learned a lot through this book.

The book is short and crisp with needed contents and examples and is written in a very simple way and the narration was so good.
