Description

Manifest the life you want and become your life’s creator through accessible everyday practices, including powerful affirmations and meditations.

What is manifesting? It is using your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to create your physical reality. Everything is made up of energy (even you!), and everything that manifests itself into your world is often a direct reflection of your thoughts, feelings, and vibration. It operates on the idea of the law of attraction—the energy you put out is the energy you receive back. Want more money, love, success, happiness? Trust the Universe. 4⭐️ A fantastic and easy to follow introduction to manifestation🔮

Thanks to Netgalley and Rock Point for a DRC in exchange for an honest review!

Before I read this book I had some knowledge around manifestation and belief in the universe and The Law of Attraction however it wasn’t something that I was very good at ingraining into my everyday life.. I thought that this book was not only a brilliant introduction to these principles but also a great reminder and exploratory tool for people like me who have the knowledge but struggle to find ways to put it into practice.

The examples in this book were relatable, easy to follow and understand and the design of the book was absolutely beautiful- the cover is initially what drew me to this book and the beautiful design, fonts and colours continued all the way through. Honestly just looking at it was uplifting and inspiring.

The content was pitched at a really good level and also split up into good good sized chunks for each chapter- there wasn’t too much information and there were regular affirmations or mini activities for you to try such as meditations or journal prompts in between the paragraphs of texts.

The only criticism I have is the small section around manifesting good health as I am always wary about any kind of dialogue around spiritually healing physical ailments but overall I feel like this book has been beneficial to me and is something I will want to refer back to for guidance throughout my manifestation journey. I would also definitely consider buying a physical copy of this book just to see the stunning design in real life!

Unfortunately this won't allow me to send to kindle so I cannot read it and cannot give a genuine review but I need to leave something otherwise my percentage goes down

This is a wonderful book about manifestation and the law of attraction that actually explains the necessary tools, instead of just "believing" (which is great, but not enough!) The author offers her own stories and processes as well. The design is stunning, and I love the affirmations sprinkled into the pages. Many great practices to bring into your routine to make manifestation a daily routine.

I really enjoyed the different meditations in this book. The pictures were beautiful. I just wish that I was able to read it on something other than the NetGalley app, since their formatting is awful. I would definitely buy a print copy of this though,

Excellent guide to rebooting your energy and mindset. It’s far too easy to stay mired in problems and negative thinking. This book introduces practices to disrupt the negative feedback loop and bring our awareness back to happiness and gratitude.
