The sapphic novel I didn’t realize I’d been waiting for 😍 Behind the Scenes is a beautiful story of vulnerability and healing, but also has incredible sexual representation (including sex toy rep 🥵) that made it impossible to put down. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced copy.

Loved Behind the Scenes!
Ash, disgraced movie director, needs help getting her movie on the big screen and Rose, a star business consultant, is exactly who she needs, in more way than one.
I loved seeing how Ash and Rose both overcame their fears with each other. From their meet-cute to their struggles trusting each other, I couldn’t put this book down!

This was such a cute story about two people who were absolutely made for each other!
I really enjoyed the behind the scenes look at how films are funded. I also really enjoyed the supporting characters, and the ASMR storyline was fantastic, but the real star of the show was the romance. It was so refreshingly healthy.
I loved how sweet and patient Rose was with Ash. I loved how supportive they were of each other’s passions and how much they wanted the other to succeed. I was just lovely.
