Mental health counselor, Erika Nelson, uses her personal and professional experience to bring you Brave Love 365. This groundbreaking book offers support and validation daily, which is critical for people reeling from the effects of narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships.
Brave Love 365 offers tools, information, and resources to help us rise above our past by creating a strong connection with ourselves and with God/Source. This is the basis for living a soul-inspired life filled with peace and joy. Healing our inner wounds that made us susceptible to abuse allows us to step into our power and find our answers within as we connect with our inner wisdom.
Brave Love 365 also goes into more depth with the topics of codependency, highly sensitive people/empaths, and healing our inner "children." This book offers us much to reflect on, helping us get in touch with our inner truth and empowerment, leading us to our authentic self--the strongest and best version of ourselves.
Brave Love 365 also offers educational information about the dynamics of narcissistic abuse, as well as tools to help us heal and avoid falling into the same destructive pattern again. There are resources offered for support, spiritual questions raised to help us establish a connection with our Source, and survivors' real-life experiences with narcissistic abuse.

Thank you to the publisher for an Advanced Reader Copy of "Brave Love 365." As life long educators, we found "Brave Love 365" extremely revealing as to what a victim of narcissistic abuse experiences. It opened our eyes to the many issues and trauma that the victim experiences within their relationship. We would highly recommend this book to all educators as well as anyone who has contact with someone that has a narcissistic personality.
The format of this book makes it easy to read a section, stop to process what you have read, then use the information as needed. It is written as a day to day journal, reflection, and self help tool. Each day of the year, the author gives and insightful passage on facts and often the emotional consequences of being in a relationship or living with a narcissistic individual. The reader is then guided in how to recognize and deal with a narcissistic relationship. The author empowers the victim to address the relationship, promote their self-worth, and move on to a healthy existence. Doug & Anne S
Thanks for the advance copy in ebook form. I thoroughly enjoyed dipping into the ebook of Brave Love 365 with my kindle - but there was so much wisdom, so much insight, so many words to help heal and flourish, I realized I need to own a copy where I can bookmark important thoughts I want to come back to, make notes in the margin, and turn down corners of pages for thoughts and words I don't want to forget. This is the kind of book I want to share with my family and friends, a truly important book full of thoughts that speak to my soul. Who among us has not endured a negative and damaging relationship? This book helps to heal and learn from the past to flourish in the present. Highly recommended! Nancy Lynn
