An inclusive guide to recovery from burnout, how to evaluate whether you have burnout and steps to take if you have it. I didn't realise that nearly 50% of women have had it, and since the pandemic caused more stress even more people got burnout. An excellent guide and I would recommend it.

I have suffered burnout, even the 5th stage which this author speaks about, and it's a very distressing phase to be in. I have searched for books just like this one years ago, so I'm glad to have it now and I believe it can help a lot of people. Unfortunately, even more continues to be expected of people in the work place, and burnout is still not given the attention it deserves. This book can help handle that. It's also a great read (even a must-read) for managers and employers to understand and help their employees that suffer.

The author gives guidelines for women how to help yourself when feeling burnout in her career. There are many questions and considerations that could help to recover from burnout. The most I liked part about the perfectionism and focus on work-life balance.
