I love a Kennedy Ryan book, and Be Mine Forever is no exception. I hadn't realized that this was the third in a series, but it read easily as a standalone (now I just have to go back and read the others!). Jo and Cam's connection was electric and the steamy scenes were stellar. It was really difficult to read the details about Cam's childhood abuse, so be aware of trigger warnings if that might be an issue for you. I read this in less than a day because I was so drawn in, and I'm excited to read more by Kennedy Ryan.

My first Kennedy Ryan book. Cam and Jo’s love story is angsty, heartbreak, and beautiful. Some heavy subject matter. Will definitely read more of this authors books in the future.

This is the third book in the Bennett Series. It could be read as a standalone, but the history of Jo and Cam is enhanced after reading the first two books. I recommend reading the previous two books first.
This unrequited love story had me completely immersed. Jo and Cam have a long history and feelings that run deep. They love each other and have a close friendship but Cam’s demons have him putting up walls. Jo has always stood by his side, but if Cam’s not ready for more she’s prepared to move on.
I was expecting a lot more push/pull when it came to Jo and Cam getting their chance. A chance that is not easy. This story is full of pain, demons, and trauma. This is a tough story and comes with a content warning. Although there is angst and heartbreak, there are some really sweet moments. Cam has a darkness to him, but deep down he’s sweet, charming, and witty and Jo brings this side out of him even more. The acceptance, love, and support between the two is beautiful. This is a traumatically beautiful love story.
