Deeply-held values have kept Summit Group Solutions strong and grounded throughout the most challenging obstacles of our time. What Schielke has discovered in her leadership is the answer to thriving in a rapidly changing world. Defining and living your values can transform your life and the life of your company.

As we approach year end, I love reflecting on the past few months and into new avenues of honing my skills to transform to a better version of myself in the coming year.

Leading with Impact by Jennifer Schielke is a great basis to reiterate the important principles of empathetic leadership whilst being influential as well as impactful. Every chapter provides questions that the reader sees himself reflect on the each principle and taking measures to make improvements based on individual purposes.

I enjoyed this read as pretty much everything resonated well with me.

Thanks for the ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.
