This book is very artistic and leads the reader into a meditative mindset. The colors easily lend to relaxation, and the messages are simple and straightforward. I found that it was more abstract than flowing, but nevertheless enjoyed the patterns and color palettes. A nice coffee table read.

What a beautiful book that is full of ideas for manifestation, creativity, and living your purpose in life. It would be a perfect gift for someone who is a spiritual seeker. I think all ages would benefit from the wisdom in this artful book.

While there wasn’t anything new here in the form of ideas or inspiration, I loved the colorful aspect of the pages. It might make a nice gift book for a young person who is going through a difficult time. Very clever and creative! Could also be used a journaling prompts. Just open to a random page and write what you think or have experienced with a certain prompt.

I'm on my journey to get back into spirituality which includes doing mediation every day! I find this book highly encouraging and easy to read for people that are either new or getting back into spirituality. I LOVED all of the colors and how relaxing it made me feel. Overall a soothing read that is best read in downtime or while you are drinking tea/ coffee in the morning and want to start your day off with spirituality.

The book contains some great journal prompts, basic reminders to be present and tips for self care.
I like the concept of this book but felt it didn’t hit the mark for me and maybe I didn’t meditate on the images long enough. In physical form, this could be a beautiful coffee table addition.

This is a BEAUTIFUL book for grounding practices, meditation practice, and breath work. I needed this book at this very excact time. It is calming and reassuring. I've never experienced a book like this before. The copyright watermark takes a bit way from the practice, but the energy and vibrations conveyed resonate. Well done and highly recommended.
