Crosby takes a look at the way we eat and how we got to off track, so far removed from our ancestral diet. She provides information on eating a gluten free, plant based diet and illustrates the many health benefits that can be achieved by doing so. Even if you don’t want or need to go gluten free or eat only vegan food, this book provides insight into living more healthfully. And its got the most gorgeous photos I’ve ever seen in a cookbook
